Releasing the Knife of the Mind (Meditation)

That which has form is equal to that which is formless, and that which is divine is equal to that which is human.

Yet that which is beyond form is formless and cannot be grasped, and that which is beyond knowing is unknowable and cannot be managed.

These are abstractions of the mind, which is like a knife, always chipping away at the unknown, trying to render it graspable and manageable with what little it truly knows.

However, she who releases the mind from her grasp will find peace of mind at her fingertips.
