The Worst Place for a Landslide on the Sea to Sky Hwy

This geological evidence of a past slide is north of Lions Bay and south of Porteau Cove.
Despite work on the Sea-to-Sky Hwy, this area is geologically unstable.
If slumpage extends that far out into the sound, then no geologist is gonna claim the area is now stable.
I wonder how close the recent slide was to this area.
