Over the past week, I've spent less time on the computer than on it.
Why? To determine how I feel that day and the next day.
On days when I have used the computer less than 4 hours, I feel at peace and able to handle what the day brings to me. Less anxiety, less worries.
In fact, I actually enjoy not being on the computer the most. My feelings are the same regarding my smartphone.
The less that I use either device, the more I feel at peace.
Thus my Less is More philosophy is once again validated.
