I listen to my reason,
with this heart of mine —
Oh, good and evil
is judged by situation,
not by absolutes and God.
This truth is denied by people,
since each of us sees
the usefulness of splitting
good and evil — Ah!
We like to pick sides with care.
Yet good and evil
are both sides of the same coin —
Each situation
ought be judged by its merits,
not by a false dilemma.
