Liquid Sunshine (poem)

Rain is like liquid sunshine,
Each raindrop a child of the sun
Taken from oceans, rivers, and lakes
To become clouds which gather
Before the storm, only to fall
From the sky and wet the dry earth.
Rain, your fall from the sky is welcome!
