In no way do these erotic images imply that one must violate the precept of Buddhism regarding sexuality: unrestrained sexual activity that harms other sentient beings.
Thus, it is okay to view the naked human form. It is not okay to excuse one's sexual behavior when it leads to abuse of privilege and position in society, be it West or East.
