Imagination (poem)

With imagination, mere clouds
in the sky become water dragons,
dancing way up above us all.
With imagination, the sun
on the ocean with the waves
crashing on the shore
become water sprites dancing
on the surface of the sea.
With imagination, the hum
of the computer fan becomes
the angelic voices of a heavenly choir.
Without imagination, clouds are clouds,
the ocean waves crash on the sea shore,
and my computer fan has this annoying hum.
For imagination takes the ordinary
and transforms it into the extraordinary.

"Less than 1% of women own property": Debunking the myth

This isn't a myth; it's political opinion. It's also a form of propaganda.

By appealing to the emotions, it also is a logical fallacy.

For through marriage, women own property. Indeed, most of young feminists today have mothers who own property. Even in countries where women are oppressed, women own property either through their husband or their son(s).

"Almost half of world property is held in trust by women" would be closer to the truth.
