After reading part of Stephen King's remarks on the V-Tech massacre, I had an epiphany:
Vtech was preventable, for Seung-hui Cho was actually a budding horror writer.
Had he been begged to work on his writing by his English teacher, a lot of innocent lives could have been saved.
Instead, his horror fiction was treated as indication of mental illness, and he followed that script until the fade to black.
