Kim Kardashian Has a Normal Female Body (satire)


In my opinion Kim has a normal female body that is mistaken for fat. However, upper middle class people tend to overeat in excess in response to stress.

Poor people, on the other hand, have to go without the two extra meals that constitute the "normal" three meals a day, which actually is abnormal in people over the age of 30, due to the prevalence of high carbohydrate content in those three meals.

I disagree with dieticians that you need three meals a day after the age of 30. You actually need one meal a day and lots of snacking to a maximum of 1000 calories (2000 calories if you lead a strenuous life e.g. body building and similar). YMMV

As well, the privileged tend to overindulge in high ethanol consumption over the 3-4 units a day (each unit = 10 g of ethanol) to a max of 800 ml of 5% beer / 400 ml of 10% wine / 100 ml of 40% hard liquor.

Based on the assumption of 7 calories per gram of ethanol, 40 g of ethanol == 210 calories, which is about 18% of a 1000 calorie / day intake of food.

Yes, alcohol is a food, but the privileged tend to overdo it without cutting out carbohydrates and restricting their fat intake to less dangerous fats such as coconut oil. That's why I rarely go fast food because it rarely has good fat in it.

If Kim cut out the cocktails, changed the kinds of fats she consumed and reduced her carbohydrates intake, she can easily slim down. In fact, she's shown that she can do it.

However, Kanye likes his hard liquor. If that is addressed, then I predict marital bliss for them.

Kim is obviously not drinking booze, being pregnant and all. Most likely, she is knocking back immense amounts of carbohydrates and the wrong kind of fats without doing enough exercise, and that is the reason for the high weight gain.

So her complaints about being fat are nothing new.

Is Big Beautiful? Or Making Obesity Sexy?

What is it about a voluptuous woman that turns men on, and sometimes turns their thinner rivals jealous?

It could be the assumed fertility of thick women. Who knows? My first girlfriend was morbidly obese (400+ at 5'9.5"), and said that her period was not monthly.

This revelation tends to agree with the hypothesis that extreme thinness and thickness causes menstral dysregulation, and that they ought to be the ONLY women getting the Pill.

However, today's women use the Pill to get the same play men have been getting since the dawn of post-modern society with mass media propagandizing youth and the meme "thin is healthy and sexy" to the point where young men are exposed to pedogenic influences both on TV and in computer media.

Perverts are not born; their minds are finely sculpted by propaganda.

If the memes were sanitized, then there'd be hoopla about mind control but mass media uses propaganda to promote soft-core pornography to sell product.

BTW, big is beautiful and sometimes, obesity is sexy.

Magnesum supplementation and fructose-free drinks may reduce auto-immune inflammation

The metabolic syndrome is a cluster of common pathologies: abdominal obesity linked to an excess of visceral fat, insulin resistance, dyslipidemia and hypertension.

This syndrome is occurring at epidemic rates, with dramatic consequences for human health worldwide, and appears to have emerged largely from changes in our diet and reduced physical activity. An important but not well-appreciated dietary change has been the substantial increase in fructose intake, which appears to be an important causative factor in the metabolic syndrome.

There is also experimental and clinical evidence that the amount of magnesium in the western diet is insufficient to meet individual needs and that magnesium deficiency may contribute to insulin resistance.

In recent years, several studies have been published that implicate subclinical chronic inflammation as an important pathogenic factor in the development of metabolic syndrome.

Pro-inflammatory molecules produced by adipose tissue have been implicated in the development of insulin resistance. The present review will discuss experimental evidence showing that the metabolic syndrome, high fructose intake and low magnesium diet may all be linked to the inflammatory response.

In many ways, fructose-fed rats display the changes observed in the metabolic syndrome and recent studies indicate that high-fructose feeding is associated with NADPH oxidase and renin-angiotensin activation. The production of reactive oxygen species results in the initiation and development of insulin resistance, hyperlipemia and high blood pressure in this model.

In this rat model, a few days of experimental magnesium deficiency produces a clinical inflammatory syndrome characterized by leukocyte and macrophage activation, release of inflammatory cytokines, appearance of the acute phase proteins and excessive production of free radicals.

Because magnesium acts as a natural calcium antagonist, the molecular basis for the inflammatory response is probably the result of a modulation of the intracellular calcium concentration. Potential mechanisms include the priming of phagocytic cells, the opening of calcium channels, activation of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors, the activation of nuclear factor-kappaB (NFkB) and activation of the renin-angiotensin system.

Since magnesium deficiency has a pro-inflammatory effect, the expected consequence would be an increased risk of developing insulin resistance when magnesium deficiency is combined with a high-fructose diet.

Accordingly, magnesium deficiency combined with a high-fructose diet induces insulin resistance, hypertension, dyslipidemia, endothelial activation and prothrombic changes in combination with the upregulation of markers of inflammation and oxidative stress.



Magnesum supplementation and fructose-free drinks in a low-carb diet will help reverse the effects of metabolic syndrome.

It will also relieve anxiety on the long run.
