On or before June 8, 2013, Google implemented the cache.google network to improve Internet surfing from most Android phones registered to Android phone users via gmail.
This may also apply to computers that use the Googleplus portal.
I discovered this when using the os.monitor app, the google mapper in it spat out a map of the Whitehorse, Yukon location for the IP address two zero nine dot fifty two dot one eighty nine dot eighty eight & its address written as words substituting for digits 0-9 to reduce IP address traffic from crackerjack botnets.
Great job, Google! My Zte Grand X View is totally protected by your proxy server, thanks to my provider's alliance with your global network - a joint Telus-Google venture, no doubt.
Even your YouTube app is awaiting your command to stream content suggested by my viewing habits.
NB: no evil done. The paranoid sysadmin was just overly paranoid of the ubiquity of the global cache-google server farm. Its purpose is to speed up the network using local mirros of everything they cache.
If you want to tap into it, and have a knowledge of how to do so, add the Google OpenDNS enabled DNS server at 8.8.8.8. However I am not responsibility for any loss of connectivity.

Trolling The Internet (satire)
Over the years, I have observed people online, mainly by trolling, and have found that the difference between ignorance and stupidity is that ignorance depends on the person's will while stupidity is bereft of it.
For example, an ignorant person can have a master's degree but be a right wing racist who has authored a lot of opinions to prove that a person's intelligence is determined by his race. However, a stupid person will use the ignorant author's words to bully anyone he thinks beneath him, regardless of color.
When caught, the ignorant will behave righteously but the stupid will utter threats until he is called out. Then they'll move on to easier pickings.
In the end, you shall realize you have been trolled if you ever took their bait.
Yet the intelligent of people will never reveal their biases and prejudices so candidly because the Internet appears to attract narcissists who desire attention (the more selfish of the trolls), empaths (the idolaters of trolls of all stripes), sociopaths of varying degrees of failure and success, and everyone else who display varying shades of normality.
Therefore, it is difficult to categorize people based on what they disclose online, since their candidness and subsequent ability to remain truthful is dependent on our ability to separate fiction from fact while dispelling rumors.
Yet the more intelligent the person, the more likely he may either be a successful sociopath or be merely an adorable eccentric. However, these labels of empath, narcissist and sociopath are not diagnoses but are descriptions of Internet personalities based on what each and everyone on the Internet have said and/or written.
Even so, I do not base my descriptions on chance conversations in an Internet community on Googleplus, except to test the waters. That is what a troll is: the online analog of a depth charge designed to stun your followers until someone who might be worthy of dialog comes along to troll me back!
Thus, I tend to believe that, regardless of whether they are aware of it or not, most people on Google Plus might troll out of ignorance, just to test the waters but most likely to reassure themselves according to their intelligence.
Think of the empath as little fish, the narcissist as tuna who subsist on the empaths' adulation, and sociopaths as the shark who only pick off the little fish but cull the narcissists when they get too full of themselves. Think of the sociopath as the fisher throwing depth charges to bring to the surface the (re)action of people, depending on their level of intelligence.
Then, when you find someone as intelligent as you, try not to project your empathy, your narcissism or your sociopathy on that person lest you scare them away.
For s/he probably is as intelligent as you, intelligent enough not to be deliberately ignorant and certainly not as stupid as you would like to think.
Why do you think s/he is here? Except to be entertained by the little fishies of the Internet and to make friends with the other big fish in this microcosm of the world we live in, wherever that may be.
Enjoy trolling, but remember: the Internet is not solely a catch and carry feeding ground. It is a little catch and release pond. The more you release, the more you get to troll.

Good Morning Internets
Today I'd just turned on my computer, and booted up CrunchBang Linux, when I noticed it was slow.
Webpages that used to display within seconds, appeared to crawl.
Rather than Google it, I realized that Firefox was loafting. Perhaps the culprit is Java.
Guh, this is like having sex with your partner for a half hour, and nobody is coming...
home!
All you get out of it is being sore, but the soreness I'm getting is impatience.
Anyway, my rant is over. I gotta check all the windows in Firefox, in case I can see through the panes to the Internet.

Thanks for Helping Me Better Access the Internet, Google!
Although I am a fan of 1930s & 1940s movies, I wouldn't want to live in those times. It really wasn't a great time because of the harshness of those times. The Depression had caused worldwide inflation. Innocent groups of people were being blamed for Germany's economic problems.
Even so, it may have been a simpler time for the people living then.
Today, my computer makes up for living in this post-modern world. Life is much more complex today than it was 70 years ago. We had our security shattered by 9-11. Subsequent wars in Afghanistan and in Iraq are now in the process of being discontinued. Small conflicts have been ongoing in many different parts of the world as well.
Locally, it's become harder to find a job. It's even harder for people to know others, as well as they know themselves.
When I walk away from the keyboard, I don't worry about what is happening in the world. What's the point of needlessly stressing myself out? Things not immediately affecting me are ignored.
When I am dead, life will carry on. Nobody but my closest friends will remember me. Though they will carry on with their lives, some of them will have benefited from knowing me. For my cares will be over forever in that future time.
As of this moment, I am happy and upbeat, because many people are counting on me to remain positive and a few of them actually need me.
This is why I appreciate having a computer. With it, I am able to share my deepest feelings with other people.
For I alone have decided so very long ago to use the Internet to motivate me, not crush my spirit.
So thanks to the internet, I've made a lot of friends and am thankful to each and every one of them.

Tact and Trust on the Internet: Can We Be Honest on the 'net?
Tact consists of being able to say a white lie without regret once in a while, and mainly to not reply when honesty would ruin group harmony.
Indeed, tact proves that situation ethics (appropriateness depends on the situation) is consistently applied in real life practice while everyone pretends to practice a general moral code of appropriateness.
IMHO in private, tact is usually abandoned in the intimacy of friendship due to investment of trust.
In public, tact is practiced when the situation calls for it (most of the time).
For it would be inappropriate to be bluntly honest with people in public.
The Internet is different, in that there is no intimacy in cyberspace. So blunt honesty may only used between real life friends, and tact is a given because anonymity does not build trust. Rather, trust only occurs once each party builds a one-on-one relationship in real-life.
Anonymity is why we hate trolls, and treat helpful advice from others as overstepping boundaries on-line.
At the root of this is the concept of earning trust, which is a real life behavior that does not always work on-line.
Those courageous on-line users who buck the trend and offer trust now do so hoping that the other party will honor that trust. Anyone who violates this accord becomes untrustworthy, and revenge is dependent on the nature of the one whose trust is violated.
This explains banning of IP numbers, Facebook disabled accounts and other on-line account hijacks.

- Right to privacy
As individuals we reserve the right to privacy, to retain the right to keep private our personal information so that such rights may not be abused by the State or by corporate interests.
- Right of access to information
We reserve the right of access to information, both private (of a personal nature) and public. This being a democratic freedom, such access to public information should not be limited by protective software in such a way as to infringe on right of access to information. As for private information, this right does not include infringing on the privacy of other people but refers to the right for each individual to access his or her personal information. Furthermore, if a source of information does not specifically violate the rights of children as provided by the UN declarations, then each individual reserves the right to strike that source from the ban list, and the right to be allowed to control the editing of any such list.
