In the online lynch mob rush to get the online blackmailer of #AmandaTodd back in 2012 Anonymous got a bum tip, possibly by the real culprit or one of his associates.
Unfortunately, before verifying facts, Anonymous dished up the dirt on the alleged "blackmailer."
I present this piece of evidence as the reason why the police never charged him: he might be one of their "informants".
Quite possibly, the real blackmailer gave false info to Amanda when she was hunting him down in 2010 with the aid of the Daily Capper.
The original DOB of the Kody Maxson given out by Anonymous was 1980. Location: New Westminster. Later they gave his DOB as 1993 without a location. That information is available on the Internet.
This implies that either Kody Maxson lied about his age and location or his rival did. If his rival did, then the coincidental criminal case against Maxson may have been a false flag to throw off anyone on his case.
This includes skipping the country to throw Anonymous off his trail, though his Facebook information could be a lie. This information is also on the Internet, on his original Facebook account, but most people on Facebook lie about their current locations to throw off cyber-stalkers.
However, it is still likely Kody Maxson was one of three cappers, two of them blackmailers on the Daily Capper who started this all in the beginning. One of them is Viper but the location and address are incorrect. He also is not a blackmailer, which explains why Kody had a falling out with him. If Kody is innocent, then it could be his rival r0. Otherwise, Kody is guilty, which is evident by him having skipped bail to avoid questioning.
As of January 2013, Kody Maxson is at large, at least until the police catch up to him and return him to Surrey Court House. A lovely place. Ground floor has a nice lobby off the north main entrance. To your left, you can file an appeal, a civil case, a criminal case or even file against transit offenses. At the staircase to your right is the side entrance which is only open during business hours. On the basement level and ground level are the courts and the Crown Counsel and Defence offices for the lawyers. Below this basement is the holding area which leads to a long tunnel underground to Surrey Pre-trail Centre aka "Jail". As a security measure to prevent prisoners from escaping, the tunnel was built when both the Court House and Jail were constructed.
Now I present the evidence that proves Kody Maxson did not stalk Amanda Todd.
After absconding from the law for an unrelated crime involving theft under $5,000 he was detained on or before August 21, 2013 and brought before a judge from out of province for violating his probation order before sentencing. There is no record of sentencing since the value of the theft was so low that he was able to lie low between December of the previous year and August.
As of September 24, 2013, Kody Maxson is on a 12-month probation as summary conviction for theft under $5,000. During this time, he is to report to his probation officer.
Yet he never was charged with Amanda Todd's cyberstalking because it's all a lie. She made it up after going on the Daily Capper and saying that she has a stalker who forwarded all the pictures and videos to her Facebook account followers. This was because she was caught by both her mother and the police.
Nothing is true. None of it.
Amanda Todd was never cyberstalked before she flashed. She flashed on the Daily Capper under numerous aliases, reveling in the attention. Yet the capper grew bored. Someone, maybe r0, wanted a private session but she refused. That's what led to the postings to Facebook.
Now today, we are all party to the lie when we create an anti-cyberbullying act in Canada that is the memory of Amanda Todd.

Visible Minority Saved Fate of Racist Whites
If it wasn't for the vocal objection of a visible minority, racist whites would still be accepted as the norm. So thank you Canada for enacting the Canadian Charter of Human Rights Act. Sadly though, the way it is written, even a Canadian municipality could use it to protect the majority from legal action by the visible minorities.
However, only the lawless trump justice by resorting to violence, regardless of the consequences such as Canadian crime bills that have the potential to turn your circle of friends on GooglePlus into "gangs".
Yet I am surprised that even the radical reactionaries among the Sikhs haven't retorted to me, when they spend so much time reacting to that radio talk show host who wasn't referring just to them a few years ago, and kept Immigration Canada at bay regarding the illegal immigrant they were rallying around.
Maybe poverty breeds anonymity. My net worth being in the red by almost a hundred C-notes helps me even more anonymous than Anonymous!
Despite the handful of East Asians in the news, I don't see Chinese reactionaries getting as much 300 second sound bytes on the news about those two murders of innocent South Asian women, and very very little from the inconspicuous Japanese - quite probably because mass media would dread the deluge of hate mail if other ethnic groups within the visible minority milieu expressed their free speech rights in a civil manner.
In my opinion, the most ridiculed of other minority groups would be the Christian rednecks amongst the NRA and possibly the reactionary Muslims, the hardliners who are this close to being criminals, but then just uttering an indirect death threat to anyone is criminal.
For a fatwa is not protected by free speech or by the right to freely practice a religious as one sees fit.
If a fatwa involves the death of the object of that fatwa, then whoever among the Muslim clerics supports it is offensive to God by putting the ideology of the holy war before God. Essentially, if a fatwa results in the death of the object of that fatwa, then it is akin to ritual sacrifice. This makes a mockery of God, because such a death is murder sanctioned by man yet excused as "the will of God".
When the will of God consists of devout men willing to kill for their God, this is proof that such men put first their ideology over their God.
For a man cannot serve two masters when it comes to religion.
While I am still at it, the above contentious logic is also reserved for well-meaning but possibly deluded, most likely misinformed and deliberately ignorant fundamentalists, e.g. abortion assassins who can't shoot straight, radical feminists who collaborate with Christian fundamentalists to close down adult stores and legislate pornography, gang members who have harmed thousands of people but have "found Jesus", and police officers going beyond the call of duty to serve and protect only to practice a form of State terrorism abusing people with "non-lethal force" weapons, sometimes with lethal results.
This is religious fascism, be it holy war, assassination of abortion doctors, the legislation of pornography, criminals who find Jesus in prison yet offered no mercy to their victims before prison, and tazer-happy cops being fronted by the company that makes such "non-lethal" weapons.
For fascism only markets violence, of which few participants are able to profit and in which few WWE veterans participate. It offers no social redeeming value and has no plan except to rob people of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Sadly though, few of my detractors are brave enough to register on Blogspot and rise above the usual web page vandalism i.e. spam posts with URLs pointing to scripts to convert unprotected computers into adbots for porn web links. Since I am not referring to the intelligentsia among my fans and critics — your intelligence will protect you from reacting emotionally to this jab at the mouth-breathing script kiddies — hopefully this will occasionally result in a comment.
Otherwise, I will retain this ridiculous delusion that I am talking to myself.
Though, as I wrote in a previous article, it's probably a side-effect of being Buddhist: I tend to pick my words carefully but end up subtly saying something important, or sometimes just inserting the main point in the bottom third of the article. That way, the reactionaries will go WTF and do what they do best — abreact — and thus fall on the swords they've made of their ego projections.
Depending the level of rhetoric and based on which response requires legal intervention, I can empower myself c/o the CCHRA.

That all depends on who is ugly enough to turn up on my doorstep to get the dharma from me!

After discovering how much work it is to run a web server, I am hooked on using GooglePlus and Blogspot for my benefit and yours to conquer the Internet.
Though my original plan was to one day move this content to another blog web service under my control and administration, GooglePlus fits this bill, but I don't have to move any content when I can share it with the world.
Given the totalitarian nature of the Internet, if I cannot rule the world, then I can start my own blog and write about my own!

In Zen, rain is a metaphor for tears and related tragedy. Poetically speaking, water appears in symbolic forms such a raindrops for tear drops, thus signifying sadness and tragedy.
As well, the same reference to life and people is used by employing the word "ocean". It is also possible to refer to the "river of life" to symobolize society's rush to the future.

Recent Events Prove State Terrorism Proven to be Mother of All Terrorism
The recent teenaged suicide in BC and the online mob forming along with the misinformation due to the cyber-bullies' hidden agenda is unsurprising. Likewise, the prostitution issue in a sleepy Eastcoast town only further proves my original generalization about terrorism.
It is proof that the State, be it police or other agents of the State, including those of the People who are willing to pay more taxes for more police and control of others of the People, does practice terrorism on the People.
However, we do not view it as terrorism because the State regulates the level of violence by its agents.
If any of the People go on to bully and terrorize others, then my contention that State terrorism is the mother of all terrorism is proven.
Yes, I am accusing both the cyberbullies and the agents of the State of terrorism: cyber-bullies are online terrorists when they harass any member of the People unmercifully to the point of suicide, and police and other agents of the State are agents of State terrorism when they shame a targeted sector of the People repeatedly.
Thus, when the sheep (the bullied and the sector of the People who passively watch the terrorism being acted out both online and in real life) look up, they should be aware that if their outrage to being terrorized results in the same kind of behavior as their bullies, their oppressers, and their handlers, then they too become bullies, too.
However, the continued dialogue is important as long as each and every person is able to use the forum of public opinion to air their side of this current war on online bullying.
For no one here is innocent, not even I.
