Disclaimer: the following is a rant re: countersurveillance in Ottawa.
To the nervous Nellies including the usual government agents monitoring my packets, archiving my web content, collecting my phone contents, and other things CSEC does "for our own good": Move right along. Nothing to see here. I am not worth the money and the time at all.
However, I recommend you monitor someone worthy like the late Ms Todd's ex-best friends and their ilk. They might still be manufacturing pornography, you know, in Grade 10 and 11. ;)
This is the truth but, as the Todd case proved, nobody can handle the truth because families would be torn apart and the children would suffer horribly, all due to the truth.

Post-modern Reality is a Dream World (satire)
Mainstream media is full of the modern-day equivalent of myths and superstition e.g. Zionists rule the world. Popular culture is probably a modern paganism e.g. the worship of celebrities. Even science is worshipped, as are certain politician e.g. Chomsky and Sagan.
This is what I call secular religionism. Not even are free of this because no one is immune to belief and faith.
Without belief, we doubt reality. Without faith, we are nothing but pathetic creatures. Hence the rise in sales of antidepressant after 9-11 is because a tragedy destroys our faith in the reality of our own making ("America is invincible").
Even atheists are not immune to this ability of the human mind to create an inner narrative in a desperate attempt to adapt to the rapidly changing physical reality of our existence.
Why else do they rail against religionists of the Abrahamic faith (Judaism, Christianity and Islam)? Why else do they not even have the patience to sit with religionists to cobble together a code of conduct?
Perhaps a few atheists and religionists are so fucking smart that they are this close to being crazy. For genius may be the positive side of madness.

In each related case, there are clues pointing to mental illness like depression and even bipolar disorder. In a recent rape case that resulted in the girl's suicide, she was a willing participant in seuxal activity.
However, the boys who posted the video to the Internet are nothing but pornographers and online bullies. Likewise, the online bullies of Amanda Todd used to be her best friends.

Children these days still run away from home with their BFF, but they beat them up and shave them bald, to psych out their competition so they can desperately get attention from boys until they get pregnant. That is called, "having a life."

In Canada, sexual assault is a broad term covering everything from rape to sexual blackmail, especially in the case of Amanda Todd.
Yet the RCMP concluded that, because she consented, that there was no crime committed against Amanda since she was over the age of consent. However, there is legislation pending that would make it illegal to bullying or harass anyone online. Yet most of the bullying and harassment was actually done by her peers.
Of course, they are going to let the police entrap people online to enforce it. So I expect a lot of Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms challenges to this legislation once the Conservative government pushes it through.
In anticipation of the anti-bullying legislation becoming law in Canada, I urge everyone to secure your private phone calls both voice and text.

Why Amanda Todd Killed Herself (satire)
this article isn't for the formalism of a normal article. so i'm not going to capitalize the appropriate words for the politically correct people.
anyway, i have sided with both parties in this tragic series of events. it was a teen suicide, which is a rising statistic among teens today, mainly due to unhealthy practices of self esteem raising in the public education system without the necessary checks and balances of exposing children to a wide range of ages in school.
all we do to children is raise them to be compliant workers, nothing more.
having said this, i don't believe public education is broken. i believe the government has broken it for us. with the incessant drive to make money, we are forgetting key values that my generation and the generations before it taught but that the modern world mocks.
this is also why more seniors are also committing suicide at growing rates too. all an old person has to do to die early is to be subject to care in an elderly care facility, and subject to chemical restraints for dementia when the best relief for dementia is daily exercise and the feeling of being useful in a society that focuses unhealthily on youth.
which brings us to Amanda Todd, the poster girl of online bullying, cyberstalking, and other maladies within this youth culture today.
last year we slut shamed miley cyrus, that irish girl, and amanda todd, among many other girls too numerous to name.
i don't have any respect for the shamers and the haters. you take your morally high ground today, but yesterday you might have been surfing for porn.

Anonymous Fingered the Wrong Guy (satire)
In the online lynch mob rush to get the online blackmailer of #AmandaTodd back in 2012 Anonymous got a bum tip, possibly by the real culprit or one of his associates.
Unfortunately, before verifying facts, Anonymous dished up the dirt on the alleged "blackmailer."
I present this piece of evidence as the reason why the police never charged him: he might be one of their "informants".
Quite possibly, the real blackmailer gave false info to Amanda when she was hunting him down in 2010 with the aid of the Daily Capper.
The original DOB of the Kody Maxson given out by Anonymous was 1980. Location: New Westminster. Later they gave his DOB as 1993 without a location. That information is available on the Internet.
This implies that either Kody Maxson lied about his age and location or his rival did. If his rival did, then the coincidental criminal case against Maxson may have been a false flag to throw off anyone on his case.
This includes skipping the country to throw Anonymous off his trail, though his Facebook information could be a lie. This information is also on the Internet, on his original Facebook account, but most people on Facebook lie about their current locations to throw off cyber-stalkers.
However, it is still likely Kody Maxson was one of three cappers, two of them blackmailers on the Daily Capper who started this all in the beginning. One of them is Viper but the location and address are incorrect. He also is not a blackmailer, which explains why Kody had a falling out with him. If Kody is innocent, then it could be his rival r0. Otherwise, Kody is guilty, which is evident by him having skipped bail to avoid questioning.
As of January 2013, Kody Maxson is at large, at least until the police catch up to him and return him to Surrey Court House. A lovely place. Ground floor has a nice lobby off the north main entrance. Yet he never was charged with Amanda Todd's cyberstalking because it's all a lie. She made it up after going on the Daily Capper and saying that she has a stalker who forwarded all the pictures and videos to her Facebook account followers. This was because she was caught by both her mother and the police.

Amanda Todd was never cyberstalked before she flashed. She flashed on the Daily Capper under numerous aliases, reveling in the attention. Yet the capper grew bored. Someone, maybe r0, wanted a private session but she refused. That's what led to the postings to Facebook.

Unfortunately, before verifying facts, Anonymous dished up the dirt on the alleged "blackmailer."
I present this piece of evidence as the reason why the police never charged him: he might be one of their "informants".
Quite possibly, the real blackmailer gave false info to Amanda when she was hunting him down in 2010 with the aid of the Daily Capper.
The original DOB of the Kody Maxson given out by Anonymous was 1980. Location: New Westminster. Later they gave his DOB as 1993 without a location. That information is available on the Internet.
This implies that either Kody Maxson lied about his age and location or his rival did. If his rival did, then the coincidental criminal case against Maxson may have been a false flag to throw off anyone on his case.
This includes skipping the country to throw Anonymous off his trail, though his Facebook information could be a lie. This information is also on the Internet, on his original Facebook account, but most people on Facebook lie about their current locations to throw off cyber-stalkers.
However, it is still likely Kody Maxson was one of three cappers, two of them blackmailers on the Daily Capper who started this all in the beginning. One of them is Viper but the location and address are incorrect. He also is not a blackmailer, which explains why Kody had a falling out with him. If Kody is innocent, then it could be his rival r0. Otherwise, Kody is guilty, which is evident by him having skipped bail to avoid questioning.

If this sounds repetitive, that's because I chose a rhyming scheme and made each stanza have a similar number of syllables per line.
In the case of this poem, it is lyrical, and consists of 7 stanzas, of which the stanzas 1, 3, 5 and 7 are sexains consisting of 6 lines with lengths of 8, 6 4, 10, 6 and 5 feet while stanzas 2, 4 and 6 are quintains consisting of 5 lines with lengths of 7, 6, 7, 6 and 7 feet.
Each sexain is a similar-sounding six line refrain which is paired with a quintain to form a stanziani with a rhyming scheme of ABABACDCEDE.
Three stanzianis are concluded with a sexain similar to the previous sexain, but are similar to the first two, all four of which show a timeline that evolves from checking text messages on a telephone to checking "happenings" which is a word I chose to represent the automated text messages get from social media such as Twitter via SMS.
By writing the poem in this way I hoped to create the impression that the narrator is Jane, who had originally been on a social media app such as Twitter. After the relationship end, she had chosen the slightly passive SMS/MMS text service. Of course, that passivity is due to the fact that texting requires more effort and time to reply to text messages than a Twitter app does. While the app is more real-time than text messaging, texting means she takes more time to response to a message.
This it is assumed that John, who texted her, might also be on a social media app on a smartphone.
Since there is a hint that he violated her privacy in some way, yet she only heard his voice, it's likely she might have been convinced through subliminal subversion into giving him compromising pictures of herself and later, using a video chat app, a video of a similar nature.
When the narrator declares "I won't meet with you", she may have found evidence online that he had shared her pictures and posted the video online. This is confirmed by her stating that he "enjoyed our time on chat", which implies that she didn't, due to the one-sidedness of the relationship.
Regarding the spilled milk meme, Jane realized that since John probably used a pseudonym online, it would be hard for the police to track him down since the two have never met. So she feels that there is no use "crying over spilled milk."
In one legal scenario, John might be charged with "manufacturing pornography" since she was conned into revealing herself to an online stranger. However Jane is also liable as "model".
Jane would have to prove that he groomed her until she was compliant with his demand of a few compromising pictures and a video. This would require a text message trail in the form of a chat app like Jabber which has an option to archive a chat session with another person.
Turning on this feature could provide security when that nice online friend turns out to be another online predator. Having an archived history of internet chat might seem a nuisance to privacy advocate but it keeps you honest when considering the question, "What would my family think of me if they found out what I had been up to from mainstream media?"
A few people who never give that question more than a passing thought are now gone, victims of online bullying. Other women have to live with the fact that their videos are online on porn sites, often for free. Very few of them have the financial resources to get those videos pulled from those sites.
If there was a bill proposed that made the willful intent to groom a young woman to the point of being willing to share a compromising picture and/or video with the perpetrator a crime, then I would endorse it. However, our federal government in Canada has proposed an anti-bullying bill which actually contains a failed bill rewritten to make it easier for Canada's spy agency (CSEC) to spy on Canadians easier than it is now.
Eventually that bill will fall but hopefully the anti-bullying bill will pass since it will do much to stop online bullying.
However, making the online grooming of another person with the intent to receive compromising pictures and videos of that person naked a crime is going to take a long time mainly because often the victim does not have an archive history of chats with the perpetrator. I really hope the anti-bullying bill includes this in legalese clearly to make online grooming illegal.
Despite the fact that Canadian politicians are hip to social media, Canada has yet to introduce cyberstalking legislation. So it mystifies me why they would pair the anti-bullying legislation with a cybersecurity bill that gives police and its spy agency more power to spy on Canadian citizens. Though, the cybersecurity bill could put a chill on cyberstalking and prevent the roots of cyberbullying.
Of course, with the advent of smartphone apps like Textsecure and Redphone, it not only could make intimate conversations more secure but make it difficult to maintain an evidence trail when used. Most phone and texting apps do have this feature.
Most people who neglect to use them do not of their value in keeping them safe. Instead, they cite privacy concerns as an excuse for not recording the chat.

Why Didn't Anyone get Busted for Receiving Child Porn?
Why didn't they report the pictures to the police instead of allowing the bullying to happen?
I'll tell you why: because Amanda Todd was biracial and not white. Being outside the In group meant that she was prey to all the boys who she was sexually active with, who most likely had a copy of her boob pics from the pedo-bear who groomed her.
She was also the subject of scorn by all the girls in her school who received her pictures, even though they too should have reported the pictures to the police, too.
Instead, they judged her without even knowing they were participating in the pedo-bear's sexual harassment of Amanda Todd.
This is why I feel that the safety and security of children online needs to be discussed in middle school, not high school when it's too late.

Suicide took away this talented girl's life. Yet the tributes in her memory will continue.
One day, the people who wished her dead will realize that their own death wish externalized led to her death.
Yes, that's right: a child's internal death wish is so terrifying that rather than admitting to having such a feeling, it seems safer to tell a person they do not like much that they wish another person dead.
This may be due to jealousy or horror over discovering the person they are bullying is doing something they disapprove of.
If Amanda Todd was sexually active, then it began with being dared by the stalker to flash her boobs at 12. Such sexual interference could lead to pressure to have sex with boys who may have received email from the stalker about her earlier exposure.
So, let's return to jealousy here. Perhaps the girls who bullied her were jealous of her early sexual experience because they would never dare do such a thing.
Thus, the pure and virginal may have called her crude name and other insults to compensate for their sexual innocence.
This indicates to me that good girls are able to be as rotten as the object of their derision. In even calling her names that they are innocent of being, they still stooped to her level.
Therefore as a society, with sex selling cars and the escapades of celebrities stars on TV, and movies exposing children to fictionalized violence, we adults have failed them.
Think of the names you want to call Paula Broadwell, the ex-lover of the former director of the CIA David Petraeus. For those of us who remember former President Bill Clinton, what did we think of Monica Lewinski?
We have many names for women of ill repute, and I'm not going to indulge in ad hominem insults which are sexist and hate-filled, and which cause other people to speak evil of such women. For that too would be stooping to the level of the person you are insulting.
Though I find it ironic that we cannot come up with many names to call men whose sex life began before they graduated from high school.
Indeed, by calling a person names, the people who hurl such insults are turning that person into someone less human than they are. Once that has happened, then it becomes easy to assault them.
As well, it becomes easier for boys to take advantage of her, because lacking friends, she'll sleep with any boy who asks to raise her low self esteem high enough to feel loved.
So this train of thought I have validates my earlier contention that the boy she slept with, which led to her being beat up by her best friend,most likely used the email sent by her stalker to pressure her to have sex with him.
Society failed Amanda and girls like her. Some of them grow up, older than their age, to be preyed upon by men and reviled by women. Remember this the next time you see someone bullied. Remember this too when you see a prostitute.
Yet I am sure a few members of society will deny what I have stated, perhaps forgetting how a girl in their class turned out "bad".
When good people act to put bad people in their place, I say good people have failed to act to reform those people.
For all people are people but the people who are better than others, and rub it in the faces of people they think beneath them, do so because they will get away with it. As for the people beneath them, the resultant loss of self esteem may turn them wayward.
However, I feel that it is the obligation of good people to aid the people they once thought were beneath them, to prevent them from enduring a life of hardship.
If anyone has no time for such an action, then it is true that once again, another girl dies because of our inhumanity.
I am reminded of a phrase: "Evil is when good people fail to act".
In the case of Amanda Todd and girls like her, even the chaste ones, her peers failed to act to prevent her demise. Each and every one of them are culpable, and more so culpable when they tell their next victim to die like Amanda Todd.
As for the alpha females, the reason why you hang with boys is you can outdrink them and they are too afraid to pressure you for sex because they fear your parents!
