Propaganda and The So-Called War on Terrorists (satire)

IMO the biggest fallacy on the Internet is this: "All Muslims are terrorists." This is the fallacy that the Mainstream Media (MSM) put out daily in their broadcasts. Yet they fell over themselves trying to paint the Chapel Hill terrorist as an angry man who hated Christians and Muslims equally.

Yes, you heard me correctly: I am labelling the far-left atheist turned anarchist a terrorist. Why? To show that the label "terrorist" is as ridiculous for an atheist as it is for all terrorists who hide behind religion.

This explains why the MSM use the neutral term "extremist" rather than applying a religious label since such extremists hide behind religion.

Even when the false flag terms "Muslim terrorist" and "Islamic jihadi" are bandied about, it is used by MSM as propaganda to distract from the fact that these conflicts in the Middle East, and in the Ukraine are about oil and supported by Big Oil.

So far, when exposed to this truth, the people who buy into this propaganda will go to any lengths to denigrate naysayers while paint the term "Muslim terrorists" as an unrealistic fact, despite it not being anywhere near the truth, except in their minds.

To put it bliuntlu: Big Oil wants Syria's oil. It also wants Libya's oil, and Iraq's oil. It wants a pipeline to traverse Afghanistan from oil fields in Kazakstan to Pakistan, and it wants Russia's oil to keep flowing through pipelines through the Ukraine into the EU.

Most likely, Boko Haram is a distraction from the fact that Mr Jonathan is unwilling share the wealth with all Nigerians, which is a factor in extremists who arose from marginalized Muslims in northeastern Nigeria.

This is the truth that the true believers of "Muslim terrorists" do not want the world to hear. They would rather perpetuate the propaganda that this war is about religion while ignoring the strings being pulled by Big Oil.

Thanks to Big Oil for pulling the wool over their eyes. All the naysayers will just pretend what I just wrote is a conspiracy theory and fall for the MSM lies about "Muslim terrorists."

For not all Muslims are terrorists. Indeed, these extremists hide behind Islam.

Sadly, the fact that few people in the West bother to educate themselves about Arabs and Islam is obvious in how they focus on the Quran and perpetuate hate on Muslims.

Aisha being 9 when she married Mohammad? A fiction concocted to justify child marriage, which is a tradition preceding Islam.

The growing militancy depicted in the Quran? A fiction concocted by taking the Surahs out of context and scrutinizing it from a biased point of view.

It is not the Quran that is the problem with Islam. Rather, it is the fact that the hadiths seem to be misused in a way that reflects the patriarchal tradition preceding Islam. Even shariah has been misused by the extremists, contrary to the ethics contained in the Quran.

I will call the antipathy towards Islam fiction when it is based solely on anti-Muslim propaganda designed to foment hatred towards Muslims. There has not been an unbiased reflection on Islam by certain elements of MSM, but rather a biased slant that paint it as militant.

Such is propaganda, for it creates the fallacy that the object of hatred is worth hating, and thus distracts us from the authors of that propaganda: the elites who stand to profit from their investments in Big Oil.

We in the West are dupes if we believe that Muslims are our enemies. The true enemy will always be the elites who do not care if we fight amongst ourselves, as long as they maintain their investments.

This is why I have stated previously that bombing the oil wells and the pipelines will stop the conflicts in Libya, Syria, Iraq, Nigeria and even the Ukraine.

For the conflict is not the West versus "Muslim terrorists." Rather it is the haves versus the have-nots. They even profit were the far-left to fight with the far-right over Israel, through their investments in weapons of war.

This is why certain elements in the West will not confront the fact that the elites are controlling the people through the State by pushing the propaganda about "Muslim terrorists" since it is safer to believe in a lie than to face the truth.

Yet they will insist these lies about Muslims are the truth, because it fits their limited world view.

Thankfully, they represent a small but vocal minority.

Most people loathe the fact that the elites are controlling our view about wars in the Ukraine, in the Middle East and in Africa. Yet the protests against the propaganda are filtered out of the MSM's stream.

IMO the TV political pundits will discount anti-war demonstrators because serious discussion about the propaganda might lose profits for their masters, the 1% that controls most of the world's wealth.

This is why the call to explain the War on Terror as a "religious war" was given. It is a ruse to divide the people so that the State can control them. As long as the right-wing conservatives are fighting with the left-wing libertarians, the rich can profit from the confusion.

In the end, the West will continue the drama as report by the MSM in support of their masters. We all want the Islamic State wiped out. Yet this drama is orchestrated by the elites for their profit, including the training of the extremists by Israel, Turkey and other players in this sick drama called war.

As for myself, my role is to watch it all and remind the people that Big Oil and their elite masters wants this drama in the name of free market capitalism.

While the rich profit, the middle class is made all the poorer as they fight among themselves, encouraged by cleverly placed propaganda by the State, all thanks to the MSM.

This so-called war on terrorism is inspired by carefully placed propaganda. And the only people laughing on the way to the banks are the rich.

Update: March 12, 2015 @ 1330

According to propaganda from Raqqa in eastern Syria, Assyrian Christians' lives have been lost to the Islamic State extremists.

From the extremist's point of view, Islamic State in Iraq and Syria bases their ideology on radical Islam, and their foot soldiers are intent on ushering the End of Days.

That's right: these Muslim religious fanatics are not only deadly, they believe themselves to be the chosen ones of God Almighty, ready to fight with the armies of the Anti-Messiah (the West led by America).

What irony! All of Christendom believes they too are fighting the armies of the Antichrist (jihadi extremists).

In truth, this is merely a distraction from the fact that both the 'anti-Isis' coalition and the ISIS have their eyes on the oil wells, both in eastern Syria and in northern Iraq.

Meanwhile, the Russian government is in full support of an anti-ISIS coalition that is authorized by the UN Security Council and is in accordance with international law.

For the proxy war in Syria and in Iraq is based on Big Oil interests lobbying for control of the lucrative oil market in the Western nations, both of the US-led anti-ISIS coalition and of the proposed UN-approved coalition that Russia wants.

Coincidentally, the 25 cents per litre drop in the price of petrol in the latter part of 2014 was followed by the rise to the same prices before the drop occurred. A lot of oil investors profited from the resulting rise in oil prices, and speculation points to a lot of oil shares being turn into cash to fund the US government's anti-ISIS coalition.

Somewhere in America, Big Oil investors are still laughing on the way to the bank.

If a Murder-Suicide Serial Killing is Domestic Terrorism, Then So is Child Abuse (Satire)

It's ironic that President Obama used the term "domestic terrorist" to describe the murder-suicide serial killer that killed women his age because he was a virgin. Yet he has never called a single pedophile a "terrorist" but may have used other code words like "monster".

IDK if a pedophile terrorizes children for years, that's a form of terrorism that is worse than what the deceased Rodger did to seven female victims. The harm is partially perpetrated by society when justice takes its time to gather evidence rather than acting to prevent it.

I know of children so scarred for life that they need strong medication to remain sedated and relatively harmless to self and others.

However, pedophilia is not always restricted to religionists but also occurs when a person with power and control over children puts his need to control others supposedly in his protection at risk. Thus, child soldiers may be considered possible victims of pedophiles. The child wives in primitive communities might also be victims.

Thankfully not everyone is on a power trip and clear heads do detect and give evidence against pedophiles.

Nobody has the right to abuse in any shape or form children. This includes cybersex. It is not loving to expose children to adult-orient chatter.

Be wary.

Report inappropriate content online but ask for GooglePlus to monitor them before shutting them down to complete a list of associates who prey on children.

As well, enable logs on Hangouts and archive evidence for GooglePlus when a pedophile appears. The evidence will support your case not the perpetrator.

Even pedophilia must be considered a terrorist act too, if the Rodgers serial killings are considered by the President of the US to be a form of domestic terrorism.

If spying on private citizens is a form of State terrorism, then abusing children is an act of terrorism against the safety and security of children.

Apart from that, I urge caution since one person's obscenity is another person's erotica. Applying an arbitrary rule that criminalizes erotica puts consumers of erotica in conflict with on-line anti-obscenity "mobs" and does violate freedom of speech.

This is why the NSFW adult communities have it right when they maintain an invitation only policy towards prospective members and a zero-tolerance towards images depicting children. It cannot be assumed that everyone is 18 and over. Instead, everything should be monitored and reported.

Let us rid the Internet of the domestic terrorists who terrorize children, be they pedophiles, child abusers and their ilk, through legal means, even if it leads to more close monitoring by authorities including the CIA, the FBI, the NSA and your local police.

Only through secure monitoring are we truly free.

Hey! CIA: You Caused 911! (satire)

According to rumor, without a shred of verifiable evidence, Obama's rise to power is seen as a CIA inside job.

Decades ago, the CIA stated in the past that the best way to overthrow a targeted nation is through use of American expressions of mainstream media such as music. It worked in the Soviet Union i.e. when American product was sold on the black market.

However, the US government is making mistakes in the Muslim world because of the tendency to create client states according to American foreign policy. During the Cold War, this meant protecting the world from Communism. Once the Cold War thawed out after 1991, the Soviet threat was no longer valid.

After 911, the new threat became Muslim insurgents in al Qaeda. Yet there was still rivalry between Russia and America. Daily, the American military industrial complex profits from turning Afghanistan and Iraq into client states.

Even so, anti-American protests in the Muslim world are justifiable in the Middle East. Ditto for Occupy Wallstreet.

Originally, the CIA trained the Mujahideen to fight the Soviet Union in Afghanistan circa 1989 as part of the Cold War. The US government had to pretend it had nothing to do with their training. They were CIA assets.

Rhetoric by America led to the Iraq-Kuwait War, which led to a US bases in Ridayh, Saudi Arabia, compromising its sovereignty. However, it peeved Osama bin Laden and other men in the leadership of al Qaeda that America had placed a military base on Arab soil.

This eventually led to 911.

In a sense, 911 was like America shooting itself in its own foot. Foreign intelligence sources were ignored by the America government. What could anyone do to America?

It is likely that US diplomat Barbara Bodine's spat with FBI agent John P O'Neill over the USS Cole investigation shows the politics played between the CIA, which viewed Yemen as an asset and the FBI, which viewed Yemen as full of terrorists.

In the months preceding 911, rivalry between the CIA, the FBI and the NSA led to communications problems with the White House. Various messages from German secret service indicating an imminent terrorist threat sent to the US government were ignored.

Then it happened: al Qaeda operatives hijacked three passenger jets. While one jet missed its target and crash-landed killing all aboard, this was due to a heroic effort by passengers to overcome the hijackers. However, it was the two jets that destroyed the Twin Towers that supposedly led to the invasion on Afghanistan and later, Iraq.

In 2008 the US Presidency was passed on from a Republican war-bird to a Democrat who represented a new hope for America and the world.

When Barack Obama won the election, Americans hoped things would change. America would get out of Afghanistan and Iraq, and both nations would become strong once more.

However, the invasion of Iraq led al Qaeda there. Once there, they began blowing up funerals, kidnap humanitarian personnel for ransom and sometimes execute them. As well, they would pay families for their disabled sons and daughter to use them as suicide bombers and blow them up by remote control.

Initially America's time in Iraq was successful as long as military personnel were kept on the ball. Any fatalities can be attributed to leaving an occupation force rather than a fully deployed army that is always on the alert. However, al Qaeda demanded a lot of the American forces.

Both Afghanistan and Iraq were won over by the US military through dialog and retraining of troops to deal with local customs and IEDs.

Of course, the stress of living in a war zone took its toll on people. In one case, a soldier cracked and murdered a family, acting like a serial killer. Yet the propaganda machine of America, its mainstream media, kept the details out of the news. By the time the world knew about it and the early embarrassment of Abu Ghraib, it was time to bring the troops home.

This happened before Obama was re-elected in 2012 and is continuing now.

With al Qaeda, America was not dealing with an enemy that plays by the rules. They had taken Salafi ideology and mixed it with rhetoric to glorify killing innocent people while claiming that any one who is an unbeliever is worth only of death and that only they are the true believers, and all other Muslims are akin to unbelievers and only worthy of death.

So the rumor goes.

This rumor is probably based in fact, unlike the rumor that the CIA caused 911 and the even more preposterous one that claims that America paid militants to fly two passenger jet into the Twin Towers and one jet into the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. Indeed this rumor is false and only conspiracy theorists will rant about it.

After Osama bin Laden was supposedly captured and killed in Pakistan on May 2, 2011, his body buried at sea, a few members of his leadership were later killed by drones and bombs sent by the Americans. Supposedly Osama was buried at sea to prevent violence at his funeral. This is not a rumor, and it is most likely true.

As well as bin Laden, a few of his leadership were assassinated over the years. Their deaths left a power vacuum.

In their place rose a man whose charisma could convince naive young men to become jihadis eager to kill in the name of Allah. He was leader of al-Jihad Organization which allied itself with al Qaeda. His name is Doctor al-Zawahiri. Currently it is said he is based somewhere in Iraq.

Meanwhile, in Egypt, after being captured and detained in prison in Cairo circa 1995, Dr. Sayyid Imam al-Sharif penned his book, Document for Guiding Jihad in Egypt and the World to help reform the imprisoned Islamist Group (IG) militants in 1997 and the al-Jihad Organization militants in 2007.

A former al-Jihad member from 1987-1993, Imam al-Sharif wrote his book while in prison circa 1995 as his way of revising his militant Islamism into a somewhat gentler Salafi ideology that gave up violence.

After IG reformed it help lead al-Jihad to reform too. However, there are a few men who still keep in contact with al-Qaeda, and is it likely not all of al-Jihad will reform. The radical members of al-Jihad still pose a potential threat to the Muslim world. It is likely some of them have joined al Qaeda or have formed their own terrorist cells in Egypt and possibly elsewhere.

The de-radicalization that happened in 2007 in Egypt has spread to "Algerian, Saudi, Yemeni, Jordanian, Tajik, Malaysian, and Indonesian armed Islamist movements, factions and individuals", according to De-Radicalization of Jihad? The Impact of Egyptian Islamist Revisionists on Al-Qaeda
by Omar Ashour.

It is quite likely deradicalization may have led to Arab Spring. However, not all of its participants have been associated with militants.

In Bahrain's case, the 15 protesters arrested after participating in protests in 2011 were given prison sentences. However, they are no terrorists. Rather they were part of a minority of the Shi'a middle class who work under Sunni and Shi'a employers in the service, computer and other industries. As well, Bahrain is run by the Sunni al-Khalifa dynasty, which dates back to 1783.

Arab Spring in Bahrain began in May 2011 and lasted for about a year. It seems that the last incident which might be related to Arab Spring involved four Bahraini men who tweeted a message in December 2012 that appeared to insult King al-Khalifa.

In contrast, Arab Spring in Syria evolved into an on-going three way war that began in March 2011 between Bashar al-Assad's Syrian government forces versus the Free Syrian Army (FSA) which is controlled by the Syrian National Council currently based in Turkey.

In December 2012, Brigadier General Salim Idris took over control of FSA from Riad al-Asaad who had formed the FSA in August 2011. Free Syrian Army formed in reaction to military hardliners in the government army trying to summarily execute Syrian soldier who refused to shoot civilians. The FSA is composed of former soldiers who defect to defend the people of Syria.

Currently two-thirds of FSA are Muslim Brotherhood (Sunni), and the rest are Christians and mainly Kurds.

Originally founded in 2011, Syrian National Council makes up 22 seats of the Syrian National Coalition which was founded in November 2012. Approximately two-thirds of SNC are Muslim Brotherhood, which will be represented in the Syrian Interim Government.

Looking at the list of 20 nations recognizing the Syrian National Coalition, I was surprised not to see Canada on the list. It is unknown what ties Canada has to the government of al-Assad before September 2011 but is currently sanctioning Syria. Canada is also supporting covert war efforts and also funding an al Qaeda affiliate. Indeed, Canada may be complicit in war crimes in Syria by helping to found the Friends of Syria Group (FSG),

While stating that its end goals were “to support the struggle of the Syrian people for freedom, equal citizenship and democracy”6, the practical purpose of the FSG was to launch a covert war against the sovereign state of Syria by recruiting, arming, funding, infiltrating, and supporting an army of up to 120,000 mercenaries to fight inside Syria for regime change. To that end, a division of labour was established at that founding conference. The deep pockets of the Qatari and Saudi Arabian monarchies were to fund the operation. The front-line states of Turkey and Jordan were to provide base and training camps for the mercenaries, safe (although illegal) passage into Syria, as well as services for the inevitable flood of Syrian refugees.

In essence, this is how Canada's Harper Government is supporting covert war.

It also turns out that Mohamed Dirie, one of the convicted Toronto 18 (read supposed home-grown terrorist) was one of the 100 Canadian Muslims sent as a mercenary to fight again the al-Assad regime.

Canada is also complicit in anti-Assad propaganda such as making "statements castigating the Syrian president and government, meeting representatives of the foreign-backed opposition, closing the Syrian embassy and breaking off of diplomatic relations and blaming the Assad government for the August 2013 chemical weapons incident.

Here is the propaganda Foreign Minister of Canada Hon. John Baird said on December 17, 2011:
"As you know, the Government of Canada has reacted with a strong condemnation of Assad’s campaign of terror.

"These sanctions, in concert with those of our international partners, have isolated the regime and are having a noticeable impact.

"The measures we put in place are not meant to bring further hardship to the Syrian people but to send a message to Assad and his thugs that their actions are absolutely unacceptable. Canada supports the efforts of all peoples to secure basic freedoms, and we look toward the horizon to a new Syria, one that lives in peace with its neighbours and respects the rights of its people.

"Pressure on the Assad regime is not coming just from the West. We have seen Syria’s neighbours and former partners in the Arab League take a strong and commendable stand by formally suspending Syria from the Arab League and imposing tough sanctions on the country. The writing on the wall could not be more clear. The Assad regime has lost all legitimacy and its abhorrent behaviour will not be tolerated."

Most likely, the Houla Massacre on May 25, 2012 was committed by covert mercenaries associated with al Qaeda militants.

Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL and also called Daesh among Arab League members) is fighting with the Syrian government and the Syrian Free Army (Shi'a). The al Nusra Front (Sunni) - deployed by al Qaeda to Srya - is most likely fighting the government. However, it may also be fighting against ISIL too. Both of these Sunni militias are seeking to carve out small Sharia areas in Syria.

100 fighters from Nusra Front and Ahrar al-Sham brigade were shot dead by other al-Qaeda militants on or before January 18.

Some of the armed groups in Syria appear to be depending on Captagon, an illegal stimulant. They now have illegal drug labs making the drug.

I'm not sure what this means, but the drug is seen to be safer than amphetamines. Also known as fenethylline, the drug "is metabolized by the body to form two drugs amphetamine (24.5% of oral dose) and theophylline (13.7% of oral dose), both of which are active stimulants".

It is most likely Captagon tablets in Syria are a combination of fenethylline and other amphetamines. In the future, FSA may trade captagon for weapons and munitions.

No one's Hands are Clean in the Middle East (satire)

State terrorism in Israel is the mother of Islamic terrorism. America supports the terrorism Israel perpetrates on Palestinians.

Ergo salafi terrorism is justifiable in the eyes of al Qaeda but not in the eyes of the West.

However Muslim terrorists, IDF and America are guilty of war crimes and facilitate terrorism.

Evidence: America supports Chechen freedom fighters. The US also supports Israel providing arms and financial aid. America does so to avoid being labelled anti-Semitic.

Israel has terrorized Palestinians since before 1948. Sharon is guilty of war crimes. For every Israeli killed by Palestinian militants Israel kills 100+. Therefore the state of Israel has been terrorizing Palestinians for over 65 years. Even the forced removal of Bedouin people is state terrorism.

As well, America condones covert racism. The Indian Wars were ethnic cleansing and genocide. Today the oppression of Hispanic illegal aliens is racist.

The oppression of poor people in North Carolina is class warfare by its elites. Its blacks in the prison population are survivors of endemic racism.

Yet without American aid Israel would be unable to terrorize Muslims living within its borders.

For the only purpose of American support of Israel is to ensure that its Muslim neighbor Iraq remains host to al Qaeda which was once a valuable CIA asset. Now the jihadis are the valuable assets of the gulf states specifically Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

As well, it is most likely that Bahrain's Arab Spring failed due to Saudi aid since the ruling party is run by Saudis.

Ergo Saudi Arabia may also facilitate and possibly support terrorism in the Middle East along with Russia and China.

However, the problem began when Great Britain and French facilitated Zionist terrorism against Palestinian Arabs before Israel's founding in 1949.

No one's hands are clean in the Middle East because it's all about the money.

Homegrown Terrorism Not Just Militant Islamic Terrorists

Militant Christianity is no different from militant Islam. The OKC bombing is one example that terrorism isn't exclusively Muslim.

If Joel's Army can be considered a Christian cult, then what is militant Islam but cultic?

While it can be said that Tamil Tigers was an example of Hindu militancy against State oppression by the Sri Lankan government, it was due to enforcement of Theravada Buddhism as state religion. This is an example where subtle State terrorism is proven to be the mother of all terrorism.

White supremacist terrorism was inspired by Waco, which has become a paramilitary organization due to the ideology of the church David Koresh took over at gunpoint. This too is a form of terrorism.

In Israel, Jewish militants are found among the Hasidic Jews, who are the reason why the Hamas are in West Bank. Strategically, Israel has called the militants "fellow Jews" and labelled the Hamas an extremely dangerous terrorist organization dedicated to wiping Israel off the maps.

After 9-11, mass media focused on militant Islamic terrorism and rarely compared it to the radical homegrown Christian terrorism in America. This includes the assassinations of abortion doctors by Christian militants.

It is these kinds of terrorists who are now ignored by mass media, to the point where they are deemed "mentally ill" and/or "probably on drugs" rather than as the terrorist they truly are.

In contrast, social activism that verges on terrorism is diabolized as domestic terrorism, when not one so-called "terrorist act" by such a group has killed a single person since 1999.

Recent Events Prove State Terrorism Proven to be Mother of All Terrorism

The recent teenaged suicide in BC and the online mob forming along with the misinformation due to the cyber-bullies' hidden agenda is unsurprising. Likewise, the prostitution issue in a sleepy Eastcoast town only further proves my original generalization about terrorism.

It is proof that the State, be it police or other agents of the State, including those of the People who are willing to pay more taxes for more police and control of others of the People, does practice terrorism on the People.

However, we do not view it as terrorism because the State regulates the level of violence by its agents.

If any of the People go on to bully and terrorize others, then my contention that State terrorism is the mother of all terrorism is proven.

Yes, I am accusing both the cyberbullies and the agents of the State of terrorism: cyber-bullies are online terrorists when they harass any member of the People unmercifully to the point of suicide, and police and other agents of the State are agents of State terrorism when they shame a targeted sector of the People repeatedly.

Thus, when the sheep (the bullied and the sector of the People who passively watch the terrorism being acted out both online and in real life) look up, they should be aware that if their outrage to being terrorized results in the same kind of behavior as their bullies, their oppressers, and their handlers, then they too become bullies, too.

However, the continued dialogue is important as long as each and every person is able to use the forum of public opinion to air their side of this current war on online bullying.

For no one here is innocent, not even I.

Violence at Occupy Location == State Terrorism in Action

Remember the shooting at Berkeley in 69 or thereabouts that led to the Kent shooting?

All the shit happening today with Occupy can be attributed to the Establishment pretending student activism == Commies stockpiling guns, which is what Reagan gave as reason to arm police and bring in the National Guard.

It is this prevailing mentality that has lead to violence at Occupy locations around the world.

This violence is not the work of the activists; it is solely the work of the State.

Israel Justifies Killing of Turkish IHH Members in Flotilla Raid

http://www.spiegel.de/international/world/0,1518,699509,00.html

Israel Justifies Killing of Turkish IHH Members in Flotilla Raid

June 10, 2010: The following is NOT an anti-Semitic rant. Rather, it is a strong condemnation of Israel for using the same tactics the US used to justify the current "War on Terror" which was actually a covert war to gain access to oil in Afghanistan (by securing the country so a pipeline to Pakistani could be built) and the Middle East (so that oil from Iraq could be sold cheaply).

Israel is using smoke and mirrors to justify its raid on a humanitarian aid flotilla.

It uses old intelligence to make it seem as though IHH is rife with terrorists, and names various Americans as terrorists without solid evidence.

The purpose of such accusations is to create rumors to damage the reputation of the flotilla's participants.

Any news media perpetuating such rumors would only make them the laughing stock of news media because each accusation will fall apart under investigation.

It remains to be seen which news media in Canada will fall for the Israeli disinformation campaign, because it needs solid backing from the Israeli embassy in Ottawa.

Today, Israel's founding in the Middle East has morphed into a fascist military police state which favors Jews over Muslims, yet is only willing to establish a Palestinian apartheid using Palestinian police who only answer to the IDF.

In Israel's eyes, this justifies bombing the hell out of Gaza and using gunboats to prevent humanitarian aid of any kind to get to the Gaza strip.

Supposedly this is due to risk of munitions being brought into Gaza.

I feel that the real reason Israel is refusing to let such aid reach Gaza is to prevent journalists from discovering that Palestine isn't hungry but is starved for recognition and US dollars.

Israel ought to start a campaign of peace that involves food, not bombs. Otherwise, the global social activist networks and their NGOs will continue their disapproval of the predominant fascist police state mentality in Israel by sending humanitarian aid to Gaza.

Changes Since Humanitarian Aid Flotilla Blockade of 2010

Since the flotilla raid in 2010 shone a spotlight on Israel, the political situation for Palestine improved. In June 2010 the Gaza Strip blockade eased.

In July 2011, a second humanitarian aid flotilla never made it to Gaza due to a travel ban by Greece.

Of the 10 vessels that were destined for Gaza, only one decided to violate the Greek travel ban. That vessel was stopped by three Israeli naval vessels and escorted to Ashdod, Israeli's recommended port of call.

Later, in November 2011 two vessels piloted by parties acting privately to break the blockade were stopped by the Israeli Navy.

After the Egyptian revolution of 2011, the border at Rafa Crossing was opened in May 2011 by the new Egyptian government. In 2012, Egypt also supplied fuel to Gaza.

Update February 12, 2013:
On November 29, 2012 Palestine received non-member observer status at the UN. This attainment of observer status led to its change in title from Palestine National Authority to The State of Palestine.

Militancy Arises Out of Fear and Anger

Out of fear for their survival as minority people, terrorists use their high energy to sublimate their anger through the use of violence.

At the root of their militancy are years of oppression by the majority.

However, oppression does not need to result in terrorism to counteract State oppression.

In the following article, I will quote from the source which has inspired this blog entry, and follow with a commentary.

Terrorist, Rebel Or Freedom Fighter?’

By Dilnaz Boga

The ugly scar on his cheek gripped me. With a loaded weapon between his legs, his eyes searched the parched terrain from our jeep. We were hunting for the Reds – left wing extremists who boast of a Red Corridor in the heavily mined jungles of Gadchiroli, some 350 km from Nagpur, Maharashtra state in India. To break the ice, I asked him why he had chosen to be a commando in the dreaded C-60 anti-Naxal force. It was then that he revealed his story.

Suresh was a tribal from a hamlet in an impoverished district that copes with forest fires annually. He rarely visits home — that too only under the cover of darkness, always accompanied by the commandos to protect him from the Communist rebels.

In Gadchiroli scars run deep and a clash of ideologies is a bloody affair. A neglected tribal population is abandoned by the State. No electricity, water, hospitals or industry. Naxals win locals over with a bag of rice. People are trapped between the gun of the security forces and that of the Naxal – sides have to be taken.

Suresh’s only brother was a Naxal. So, I asked him what he would do if he came face to face with his brother.

"I will kill him," he replied calmly, fixing his gaze on me.

My bewildered expression prompted him to continue…

"Because if I don't kill him, he will kill me."

That day, my lines between ‘the good guys’ and ‘the bad guys’ blurred. I started to question beliefs on nationalism, civil liberties and history, and found that it was easy to be judgmental on a full stomach.

Commentary: Today's terrorist is yesterday's freedom fighter. 9/11 has colored the world with shades of gray, and the color of freedom is now the color of terrorism.

At the root of such violent conflict is anger and fear, both of which are justifiable when you consider the socio-economic background of the people involved in such militancy.

To call them terrorists, one needs to align with neo-conservative groupthink. For what is political oppression but the rezsultant suppression of those feelings of anger and fear until they grow into the conditions for tomorrow's terrorists when once they were fighting for their freedom?

As a Buddhist, I cannot condone violence that goes beyond preventing others from harming oneself. So, to kill another for the ritual abuse that is the physical expression of oppression goes beyond the use of force to prevent violence against oneself. Thus, the use of guns do not stop others from oppressing your people; it is the means to notoriety and the making of a name for the terrorist.

IMHO it may be the ego which causes a terrorist to desire recognition so that his group's political agenda is served. Yet for all warriors, if one may call a terrorist a warrior, it is their own selves which is in need of conquest before they may truly conquer their enemies.

And the most expedient means of conquest is not through bloodshed but through peace.

Anyone in denial of this truth may believe that only through violence can one free oneself from oppression, yet the roots of oppression are belief in the permanence of the self.

Thus, as long as this belief is implemented through violent oppression and rebellion, no one is truly free of anger and fear.

As a result, it is up to world leaders to negotiate peacefully with terrorists for a peaceful solution to terrorism, both militant and State.

For the Decade of Peace came to a close in 2011, and peace is even further from coming to the Middle East.

American Empire's War on Iraq Always about Oil

In Iraq, the US won't leave until it gets control of the oil.

It has nothing to do with terrorism. This war has always been about sucking oil out of the ground so American people can still drive their cars.

What America calls Muslim terrorists are actually Arabic militants, mainly, who are similar to Christian fundamentalist militants in that they are fighting to establish a misogynist, violent theocracy in which men are the boss.

Both cultures are deathly afraid of women, especially women's sexuality and react by repressing it through violent means.

Even so, militants are still freedom fighters in that they fight for the freedom of a patriarchal society, meaning free in the sense that a man is free to kill another person in the name of God, which sort of makes their killings a form of ritual sacrifice and thus also makes them Satanic.

The ironic thing is, they think everyone against them is Satanic. However, any ideology that condones violence is not in league with God. This includes even the less violent American Empire.

Getting back to the oil, it is obvious that Big Oil is controlling the shots in Iraq. America is not leaving until the oil deal in Iraq favours them.

What this eventually means for Iraq is possible economic sanctions for any Wahhabi-influenced Muslim activity in the future. What this means is inserting hatred for other groups like the Jews and unbelievers in Muslim school books may be seen as a form of international hate crime.

Currently, most Muslim school books do have hate messages, despite assurances by the Saudi PR zczar.

This is not different from certain Christian groups writing homophobic articles and making homophobic statements. And contrary to their claims that it is a moral issue, homophobia is actually a reaction to the threat that homosexuality has on propagation of the species. If everyone went gay, then birth rates would plummet. This means mess potential souls to save, and potentail access to their assets by churchpeople.

Aside from that, the War On Iraq has always been Big Oil's Proxy War for Iraq's Oil. As well, the Axis of Evil known as Iran, Syria and North Korea is all about Big Oil's lust for oil in those nations.

Sadly though, don't expect Big Oil to clean up its mess. It will pretend it has nothing to do with terrorists. This is a lie, because the US military is the world's biggest terrorist group in the world.

Montreal Police Harrass Attendees of Political Meeting

On April 20, 2006, Montreal police did the following:

  • lied about an assault at a political meeting on April 19

  • harrassed attendees at the meeting

  • sought to arrest Jaggi Singh for attending the meeting

  • lied about their involvement

The political meeting was actually a benefit for child political prisoners in Palestine. It had nothing to do with violence until the police batonned youth activists who were leaving the scene. The police acted this way in response to being refused exit by the attendees who were provoked by earlier harrassment by the police.

In order to fulfil court judgment against Singh (he is not allowed to attend political meetings), Montreal police did make up the story of a physical assault in order to hide the fact that they would be arresting Jaggi Singh in order to limit his right to attend political meetings.

It is ironic that the most non-violent man in Montreal has made Montreal police so fearful of him that they need to be violent to other non-violent social activists.

However, this proves that State terrorism consists of the police provoking violence and causing greater harm to social activists who are perceived to be a threat by the State.

Here is Jaggi Singh's account about what actually happened on April 19, 2006:

At El Salon, he helped organize an event 'called "Break the Chains", an evening of speakers, spoken word, poetry and music on the theme of child political prisoners in Palestine, as well as political prisoners in general.'

Afterwards, there was a musical 'show by local hip hop artist Narcicyst of Euphrates, to be followed by DJ Leila P.'

Outside El Salon, he confronted a man who was wearing an earpiece, who had been staring at attendees of the political event.

Jaggi goes on to state:

At one point the man, who was much larger, pushed me, as well as another older participant at the event. There was no fight. The man pushed me, and the other person, and we held our ground. We continued talking with the man after the pushing, and eventually, I left to return to the event.

Someone, maybe a bystander, phoned the police. A few officers arrived outside, and then entered the venue, with the man who had the earpiece directing them towards me. One officer asked me to go outside. I asked if I was under arrest. The officer said no, but that I had to go outside. I refused, stating that if he wanted to talk, we could talk inside, in a corner, or he could phone me later (I even gave him my number). My position was quite clear: I did not have to do anything the police were asking of me, unless I was under arrest. I wanted to spend the rest of the evening at the event, and I didn't have to cooperate with police unless I was under arrest.

Very quickly, many police officers entered the venue, and many of the people attending the event, objected to their presence, and asked for a clear reason why they had to remove me. None was ever provided by the police, beyond the basic sentiment, expressed in various ways: "You have to do what we say."

I myself counted, as I was dragged out and waited in a police car, at least twenty police cars. Others said later that there were thirty police cars on site. A friend says there must have been 30-40 police who entered the venue. It was a completely disproportionate and excessive response by the police.

Moreover, if they had provided a clear reason why I had to leave the event (such as being under arrest), then I would have left. The police do not have the right to expect people attending a political/cultural event to do exactly what they want without any questions, and without providing a legitimate response. It was the police who escalated this matter. The police response was totally disproportionate and unnecessary.

It is not true that any chairs or tables were thrown at the police (I did not see any from where I was, which was in the middle of police officers who were dragging me out of the venue). In the end, five people -- 3 women and 2 men, including me -- were briefly arrested by police. None of us was jailed, or even taken into a police station. To the best of my knowledge, me and another woman were given a "promise to appear" on the charge of "obstruction" two others were given tickets for "obstruction" and the fifth person was just let go.

(I also want to mention that while I objected to the man with the earpiece staring at folks, I do not know for sure who he was -- that's exactly one of the questions I asked him. In retrospect, he probably was not involved with the police, and was likely private security for someone in the area; but, the police certainly let him give them direction at the beginning of their intervention).

This was a minor incident (an interaction outside with a man who pushed me and another person during an argument) that was turned into a major incident by an overzealous and unnecessary police response. In the end, the police couldn't even justify holding anyone longer than the time it took them to write a few tickets and citations (to which all of us, I'm sure, will plead "not-guilty"). I was able to look at the police computer while handcuffed in the backseat of the police car. When my file came up, aside from personal information (including information about my political affiliations), the file mentioned that I had no criminal record.

Through Deportation, Canada Condemned Three People to Oppression

In 2003, without notification Canada arrested and deported 52 year-old Kobra Nateghi and her young adult son, 22 year-old Hassan Esmet to Iran. They have not been heard from since then.

While on the plane, Hassan suffered an epileptic seizure. Misinterpreting the seizure as non-compliance, one policeman placed him in a chokehold. The pilot then ordered Kobra and Hassan off the plane. While Kobra was being led back into the airport, she escaped from the custody of a security officer, who then picked activist Justin Goodman as the fall-guy when Justin and two other activists were picked by the State as scape-goats to limit freedom in Canada.

It is possible that Kobra and Hassan were returned to Iran because Canada was not willing to pay for Hassan's medication. In Iran, it's possible that he would not be medicated at all. Instead he and his mother would be shunned.

In 2004, Canada deported feminist and former Iranian student activist Haleh Sabah. She has not been heard from either.

Very little is known about Sabah. It is probable that because of her activism that Canada sent her back. The State may have been concerned Sabah would take part in social activism in Canada, and thus prove to be another opponent of their regime.
