The Restorational Faith of Leo N Tolstoy
Russia's most greatest of authors, Leon Tolstoy’s story is that of a bourgeoisie who has amassed riches but felt worthless to the point of melancholia.
Rather than ending it, all he restored a Christianity that was similar to the practices of the Doukhabors, who were Russian peasants who rejected the Orthodox Church priests, icons, and associated church ritual. As well, they rejected the tyranny and oppression of the Russian Czarist government.
Both Tolstoy and the Quakers helped pay the Doukhobors' passage across the Atlantic Ocean circa 1899. Some of them immigrated to Canada.
Sadly though, the Doukhobors ended up being persecuted by BC Premier W.A.C. Bennett, due to their unwillingness to be assimilated into Canadian culture.
Yet Leon N Tolstoy’s Christianity is also a restored Christianity that is practised without the doctrines and dogma of the Orthodox Church from which he had apostatized.
In 1882, Tolstoy first published his four-part series on his faith under the title of A Confession. Originally titled An Introduction to a Criticism of Dogmatic Theology, this series also consisted of "A Criticism of Dogmatic Theology", "The Four Gospels Harmonized and Translated" — the inspiration for "The Gospel in Brief" — and "What I Believe" which was also published in English as "My Religion" and "My Faith".
Because of the Russian Orthodox Church's censorship, the series was banned from publication, being censored in the Russian journal Russian Thought, No 5. So it was later published in Geneva in 1884, and again in Russia in 1906 in the Russian journal World Bulletin 1.
In 1887 it was translated, published and copyrighted by Thomas Y Crowell & Co.
Tolstoy’s restorational faith is expressed in the Introduction to his book, The Kingdom of God is Within You: Christianity Not as a Mystic Religion But as a New Theory of Life. Being restorational in nature, this book should be studied by intellectuals of restorational churches such as the LDS.

Who is Viktor Yanukovych and Why Won't An Auto Oligarch Unite the Ukraine With the EU? (satire)
Update as of January 26, 2015: It is because of nationalism that Russia and the Ukraine are at war. Indeed, Russia still considers the Ukraine the cradle of Russian civilization, and consider one man the traitor of the Ukraine. For he is descended from the prime traitor of Russia, Ivan Mazepa.

Even so, both sides of this conflict are neo-fascists. This is not left versus right. Instead, it is a conflict between Ukraine nationalists who detest Russia, despite eastern and southern Ukraine consisting of 15% or more Russians. Indeed, it is Putin's war because he sees Ukrainian natioalism as a threat to his Commonwealth.
Thus the current civil war in the Ukraine is due to Putin seeing the Ukraine not as a sovereign state in its own right but as of Russia's commonwealth of nations.
In the current Ukrainian protest against the current leader of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, police violence occurred because the protesters threatened the safety of the Parliament.
Yanukovych has a spotty history as Prime Minister of the Ukraine. When his election was declared to be rigged in 2004 by the Supreme Court of Ukraine, power was handed over to Viktor Yushchenko as President and Yulia Tymoshenko as Prime Minister.
In the election of 2006, Yanukovych won, only to be defeated in the snap election of 2007 to Yulia Tymoshenko again. Then in 2010, Yanukovych won as president but Tymoshenko was imprisoned.
Yanukovych is from the President Kuchma era (1994-2005) during which corruption scandals and their reporting led to less freedom of the press. His crony at the end of Kuchma's presidency is former deputy Prime Minister and the current Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
While Yanukovych was elected as Independent in 2010, he passed on the reins of the Party of Regions to Azarov.
There is much to doubt the claim made by Prosecutor General of Ukraine Oleksandr Medvedko during the 2010 election that Yanukovych was unlawfully jailed in his youth.
That rewrites history regarding his robbery and assault charges at age 17 in 1967 and his assault charges in 1970. However, he appears to have covered his tracks over the intervening years.
His family history is also dubious since he supposedly lost both his parents in his teens, but a photograph of Yanukovych shows him with his wife, son and father in 1985 and even the date of that is dubious.
There are reports that he studied at the nonexistent Faculty of Auto Transport of the Donetsk State Academy of Administration in 1999, but no one who studied there remembers him.
Later, in 2001, while Governor General of Donestsk Oblast, Yanukovych reportedly graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade as a Master of International Law, but no one remembers him being there.
As well, his academic career is dubious with some of his degrees and titles appearing to be bogus. Even the books he supposedly wrote do not exist, despite being listed at the Vernadsky National Library of the Ukraine.
Yanukovych supposedly is a major in the Ukraine military, but no one remembers him being there, too.
How does a transport executive become a politician?
It is most likely Yanukovych is a pawn of Russia. At the least, he is a corrupt politician who has been secretly following in Kuchma's footsteps since 2005, but has been pressured by the IMF to favour joining the EU.
He is also sexist, having to have suggested during the 2010 election that "Yulia Tymoshenko should either take responsibility for every word as prime minister, or go to the kitchen". Yet the people of the Ukraine feared Tymoshenko ruling in any capacity due to her conflict with Viktor Yushchenko since 2005.
In the end, with the election rigged, Yanukovych became President of the Ukraine. His power over the Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine was such that Tymoshenko was denied the right to scrutinize the ballots.
By him denials about limiting press freedom and marginalizing Tymoshenko during the election campaign of 2010, he and Yanukovych's cronies have also used the justice system to falsely imprison her.
Thus Yanukovych's move to join the EU is rightly protested by the people, because to do so is to let an auto oligarch make the Ukraine subservient to the EU economic agenda.
It is a travesty of justice for the Ukraine people to suffer at the hands of brutal police violence, just because they want Yanukovych out.
As well, Yanukoych has been persecuting Yulia Tymoshenko and Yuriy Lutshenko in a bid to ensure his deals with the EU profit him the most.
This suggests that the auto oligarch has a strong narcissistic personality. Given that most of his academic credentials are fake, and his military career as major, non-existent, he is a fraud.
Now he uses the police to kill protesters. I bet they never expected Yanukovych wouldn't sign the accord with the EU, which would have benefited the Ukraine immensely. Yanukovych used the excuse that since he is getting a better deal on oil from Russia, then it's pointless to sign the accord.
First he says he is a traitor to Moscow for making the Ukraine a part of the EU, and now he backs off on signing. All those protests by the Ukrainian people are done questioning his wishy-washy position on the question of joining the EU.
Who is this Yanukovych?
He is an oligarch disliked by the other oligarchs of the Ukraine because of his ties to Moscow rather than Europe and the fact that his cronies have the cushy government jobs.
During the struggle, most oligarchs remained neutral but only the chocolate king Petro Poroshenko was at every protest because his businesses are not impacted by the State like heavy industry and transportation is. This makes him a likely alternative to Tymoshenko.
Recently, it has been reported that Yanukovych was willing to deal with the opposition to resolve the present impasse. While I had hoped he was willing to be a real businessman rather than a robber baron, his retreat to Moscow left behind the revelations of his theft of the Ukraine's resources, given the opulence of his former luxurious estate.
As well, Yanukovych's deal with Putin trading oil for Ukraine products and services is disliked by the oligarchs and the people of the Ukraine because it brings up memories of how the Ukraine was used as Russia's source of food while Ukrainians were displaced by Russians. Many Ukrainians resent Russia due to massive movement of people from traditional Ruthenian land and displacement of other people merely for not adapting to the Soviet way of life, including deportation to Siberia.
This might be why the opposition was pushing Yanukovych to join the EU. Trade within the EU would have removed tariffs of EU goods and produce bought by Kiev. As well, membership in the EU would mean Ukrainians could find migrant work in other European nations and not have to go through costly travel arrangements when visiting the Ukraine.
Hopefully Yanukovych resolves this problem he started by reneging on the EU deal.
Despite this descent into bloody civil war, its root cause is Ukrainian nationalism which has led to pro-Russian factions in Crimea and Donetsk declaring independence, which is tantamount to succession and union with the Russian commonwealth.
However, this is no left versus right battle for the fascists are in power in Kiev. Likewise, the pro-Russians are not socialist activists wishing to liberate their homelands but Russians exercising their right to be free from Ukrainian control.
Yet both sides will object to calling them fascists. In the end, this squabble plays right into the hands of major powers such as China and America picking sides.
IMO nationalism is what fascists use to alienate a multicultural state, for the good of its own nation. It forgets that insisting on one nation under God has always led to anarchy when that nation is born.
In the case of the Ukraine, Putin sees it as a proxy war between Russia and the EU, with the US being the mastermind of what actually is a subtle dance into World War Three with china and Russia versus the West.
Another aspect of this proxy war is Syria versus rebel militants with Russia backing Syria and the US and Gulf States backing the rebels.
At the root of these war is the subtle influence of Big Business looking for cheap oil prices.

Well, it looks like Yanukovych lost and like a coward left his country, and fled to Moscow.
Given that the Ukraine's fight was like Arab Spring even though most of the bloodshed began in the fall of 2013, this is to be expected. Most Ukrainians know that Yanukovych was robbing the people blind. It's no wonder most smart Ukrainians used European banks rather than Ukrainian banks. How else could they be assured their savings wouldn't be stolen by Yanukovych?
However, the move of Russia to protect its interest in the Crimea has turned this civil war into a potential war between imperial Russia and the Ukraine. Russia needs the Crimea as a port. Its proposed bailout of the Ukraine by trading petroleum for products from the Ukraine was a ploy to keep the Ukraine in its pan-Slavic empire, despite the fallout during the Kosovo crisis in the mid-1990s.
Yet the Ukraine nationalists are EU-friendly because they remember what Sovietization did to the Ukraine.
Thus, the Ukraine's right wing nationalists need only Ukrainian-Americans, not America, were there to be another proxy war over the right to join the EU. This is like Kosovo needing Kosovo-Americans, except they went Islamist afterwards, due to being brainwashed by Saudi Salafists during Hajj. Eventually, the Ukraine will need European, not American, help.
All Ukrainian-Americans need to do is die for their Motherland. I'm sure the same may apply to Ukrainian-Canadians. So both Canada's and America's role in this crisis is to support the EU, but not fight the Ukraine's war for them. For it may become a fight to maintain the precarious independence they have had since the fall of the Soviet Union.
It's a no-brainer here: The Ukraine needs the Crimea as a port and vacation resort, as does Russia. Keeping the Crimea would block its use as a port by Russia, which it was before the current crisis. There was a gentleman's agreement that goods destined for Moscow would flow through Crimea. Making the Crimea totally Ukrainian would imply import duties that Russia might be hard pressed to pay.
In Ukraine proper the fight was always Ukrainians versus Russians and their allies in the government.
Hence the increased Russian presence in the Crimea is to protect its citizens there. This is Russia protecting a port they covet. Hence it is a proxy war set up by Yanukovych with the EU & America using diplomacy to demand Russia not illegally invade the Ukraine.
IMO only the EU should be responsible and show balls to protect its interest in the Ukraine. As long as the Ukraine stays within the Russian sphere of influence, only the guys running the country will profit illegally.
Hopefully when the dust clears, the Ukraine will ban the Communist Party for good.
Indeed, the Ukraine have beaten their own Ukrainian socialists into submissions.

Just the other day, Russia held a referendum in Crimea where a gang leader is Prime Minister. From Kiev comes fighting words calling out this gang leader as a criminal. Also, macho bravado is apparent as the Ukraine prepares for war.
In the West, nobody accepts that Crimean referendum which just made the region Russia. Given that a criminal runs the Crimea, I don't blame them.
Politically, it looks like the chocolate king might be the next elected President of the Ukraine. I wonder how much money he is going to bribe the present illegal government of the Ukraine to get the support of his motherland?

Apparently, the Ukraine is splintering along an anti-Kiev and pro-Kiev divide, all thanks to radicalization of the Ukraine people. No doubt this situation is only going to get worse before it gets better.
After almost a week of rumors that Russia might have shot down Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 over Donetsk Oblast, now a breakaway state from the Ukraine, it looks like the US government has reversed track. It is reported that Russia supports the Donetsk People's Republic.
According to recent reports from social media and other sources, it turns out that the Ukrainian militia erred In downing Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17. I wonder how long before the mainstream media outlets spouting anti-Russian rhetoric reports on this new development.
Reports indicate that the Ukraine militia may have mistook Flight MH17 for a military transport plane.
Give that the Ukrainian airspace over the Ukraine is a big threat to low-flying aircraft, perhaps 10,000 feet isn't high enough to be safe. However, it is unknown if the Su-25 observed near the passenger jet might have struck a hit. Though, this is all speculation so far.
R.I.P. to the passengers and crew of Flight MH17.

Despite the resentment of the Ukrainian people directed towards Russia, theirs is a history of oppression by Tsarist Russia towards Ukrainians followed by oppression by Stalin in the 1930s and again more recently in the 1970s and 1980.
One of the results of the Ukraine while under the yoke of the Soviet Union is the development of Surzhyk due to Russification of the Ukrainian language over the past 80 years.
Thus, the nationalistic pride of Ukrainians has led to resentment by Russian-peaking Ukrainians due to the imposition of Ukrainian language as the only national language on all Ukrainian citizens.
Perhaps this civil war in the Ukraine is another example of why a single national language enforced by government decree is an unwise move by the State that is seen as oppression of the people who do not speak that language.

Apparently, the Ukraine is splintering along an anti-Kiev and pro-Kiev divide, all thanks to radicalization of the Ukraine people. No doubt this situation is only going to get worse before it gets better.
After almost a week of rumors that Russia might have shot down Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 over Donetsk Oblast, now a breakaway state from the Ukraine, it looks like the US government has reversed track. It is reported that Russia supports the Donetsk People's Republic.
According to recent reports from social media and other sources, it turns out that the Ukrainian militia erred In downing Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17. I wonder how long before the mainstream media outlets spouting anti-Russian rhetoric reports on this new development.
Reports indicate that the Ukraine militia may have mistook Flight MH17 for a military transport plane.
Give that the Ukrainian airspace over the Ukraine is a big threat to low-flying aircraft, perhaps 10,000 feet isn't high enough to be safe. However, it is unknown if the Su-25 observed near the passenger jet might have struck a hit. Though, this is all speculation so far.

Despite the resentment of the Ukrainian people directed towards Russia, theirs is a history of oppression by Tsarist Russia towards Ukrainians followed by oppression by Stalin in the 1930s and again more recently in the 1970s and 1980.
One of the results of the Ukraine while under the yoke of the Soviet Union is the development of Surzhyk due to Russification of the Ukrainian language over the past 80 years.
Thus, the nationalistic pride of Ukrainians has led to resentment by Russian-peaking Ukrainians due to the imposition of Ukrainian language as the only national language on all Ukrainian citizens.
Perhaps this civil war in the Ukraine is another example of why a single national language enforced by government decree is an unwise move by the State that is seen as oppression of the people who do not speak that language.

The Politics of Homegrown Jihadi (satire)
Radicalized Islam is more political than religious, and thus inspires a cult of homegrown jihadis with nothing to lose except their lives.
God Almighty has no mercy for the evil that men are capable of doing.
This is not Satan's work; the body count suggests that, despite their religious leaning, al Qaeda, Islamic State, Taleban, and other radicalized religious group including Army of God antiabortion radicals only hide behind the holiness of God himself.
For these men and women who radicalize may speak of God but their use of violence shows their materialist political activism to be a clear and present danger to society
As long as the West continues forcing its Crusade of Democracy on the Middle East, so shall we experience more attacks by lone wolf jihadi at home.
Yes, I am suggesting that the US foreign policy of forcing the Middle East to accept democracy is what is causing the Muslims to radicalize against it.
If you think the two reported incidents in recent months of radical Muslims killing Canadian soldiers had nothing to do with the Islamic State, then you are mistaken.
By trying to force democracy on Syria by tacit support of the rebels there, it became obvious that this was all a laughable cover for intrigue against Russia by the US which culminated in the Ukraine crisis.
However, the European Community is rallying around the supposed underdog, the Ukraine — controlled by a far right government — while Russia is only protecting its Russian citizens, many of whom had dual citizenship. The problem started when the new government wanted to enfranchise only Ukrainians.
In response, the far right elements of the Russian-Ukrainians rebelled, but both sides are right-wing. Very few Ukrainians and Russians are left-wing, who they view as criminals who should never hold power, due to the economic devestation that the Soviet government had caused in the Ukraine, including massive starvation.
However, the Ukrainian crisis is also a proxy war with the US government propagandizing to the Europeans and Russia aiming to protect its citizens.
All in all, both the Syrian and the Ukrainian crises are designed to polarize the world's people. The anti-Russian propaganda is almost as bad as the Russian propaganda but the Ukrainian counter-propaganda is just as bad.
As for Syria, its propaganda gets almost everything right but condones the corruption of top Syrian oligarchs. Likewise, Russia's leader Putin also condones the corruption of top Russian oligarchs with their billions being invested in the European Community.
It is only a matter of time before World War 3 flares up, should cool heads not prevail. However, what you see in each area — be it the Islamic State being carved out of northern Iraq this year, the Syrian crisis declares as of October 2011, and the Ukraine-Russia conflict — is merely the US-led West versus Russia with full support from China.
I guess the Cold War still is in its death throes, and the incident on September 11, 2001 was an aftershock with the Afghanistan and Iraq conflicts a few tremors. A decade later, Arab Spring majorly affected Libya and Syria.
It is time America stopped caring about the Middle East so much that it thinks forcing democracy on Afghanistan, Iraq and now Syria will lead to peace. The resultant anarchy is a sure sign that democracy at gunpoint is not working.
Returning to the recent two incidents of homegrown terrorism in Canada, that is just karma for Harper sending 16 jets and 300 personnel to Kuwait. Nobody was surprised in Ottawa.
Remember that Kuwait also has a handful of al Qaeda veterans who were released from Gitmo not too long ago. So it is obvious that these former Jihadis are working for Kuwait, and most likely Canada and America are collaborators in a proxy war between the West and the Red axis (China and Russia).
Although it looks good to bomb northern Iraq in the news, the IS may likely be a puppet of the Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi axis, funded by oil money.
Overall, this makes us all complicit in the Middle Eastern problem every time people in the free world drive their SUVs to fill up at the gas pump. That is why I take the bus, because I have already paid for my portion of the gas to run that bus in advance. ;)

M. Zehaf-Bibeau was not a homegrown terrorist — al-Qaeda, Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), and the Taleban have a tendency to lie to support their cause. I am sure Osama bin Laden did it after 9-11, which is evidenced by his first video denying involvement, but later changing his tune when he saw the effect it had on the stock market.
It looks like Zehaf-Bibeau did not get help for his addictions and mental health issues in 2011 as he demanded, simply because the homeless and poor are rejected by most drug rehabilitation centres due to their profit mentality e.g. drug rehab for profit.
At the street level, very few major cities in Canada are willing to cough up public money to put addicts requesting treatment into a treatment program, mainly because most homeless addicts in rehab will walk away because they lost the ability to await positive changes, which can take up to three or more years.
If M. Zehaf-Bibeau had entered a treatment centre for the homeless, there is a good chance that he would have gotten kicked out within a week. Therefore, this article has me bleeding heart a-going.
Therefore Ottawa's shooting scare is because their hands are not clean of how they treat the homeless addicts daily. Indeed, karma is a bitch - too bad three people had to die. May they all rest in peace.

The Suppression of Arab Spring (satire)
al-Arsuzi is one of the founding fathers of Arab Baathism, which dominates Syrian government.
Arab Baathism is a mainly secular ideology based on Arab Marxism, due to pan-Arabist ideology. It differs greatly from the pseudo-religious ideology of al Qaeda and the Islamists, who are inspired by Salafi and Wahhabi ideology that dominates Saudi Arabian politics and the Saudi regimes of Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia as well as Bahrain.
Most Muslims devoted to Salafi and Wahhabi are not fanatics like al Qaeda. Sharia does not promote the killing of a Muslim by another Muslim. A Muslim would call it haram, which means "forbidden" or "taboo".
I would even consider al-Qaeda and the Islamists as well as other related terrorist groups (Chechen, Somalian, and home-grown terrorists seduced by on-line charismatic Muslim jihad rhetoric) to actually be subconscious unbelievers who project their unbelief onto other Muslims outside their small in-group.
When they get the expected outrage from Muslims, these fanatics then play the al Qaeda version of King of the Hill, in which they claim to be the only true believers. Their twisted logic is thus based on a pathological denial of their unbelief combined with the promise that by ridding the world of unbelievers in a holy war of jihad, the al Qaeda jihadi will on his death be carried to Paradise by angels who are sacred virgins.
I consider it likely these angels are actually Valkyries carrying fallen souls to Purgatory to prepare them like gold ore for refinement.
In my opinion, Arab Spring was suppressed in the Arab nations I have mentioned in this article as well being currently suppressed in Syria today.
Though the current situation in Syria is not a civil war but a proxy war by the following list of characters on one side.
This is because money talks as Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia finance the al Qaeda fanatics with covert approval by Canada, the US, the UK, New Zealand and Australia, who are the Five Eyes of the West.
Some of these characters were in the International Security Assistance Force that invaded Afghanistan to replace the repressive regime of the Taleban with the closest thing to a democratic government. A similar coalition known as Multi-National - Iraq also invaded Iraq under the false flag of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). Lumping the nations that opted out of this Coalition together, I'll call the ones who may have trade ties with the three Arab nations and the Five Eyes nations, the Friends of the Coalition in Afghanistan and Iraq (FCAI) to make this article readable.
Opposing the Coalition are Russia and China.
Most of the European Union (EU) is neutral but willing to make trade pacts with the newly minted democratic governments of both Afghanistan and Iraq while keeping whatever trade ties they may have with both sides, along with the Coalition.
As well, the FCAI may be considered to be neutral but also willing to do trade with Russia and China.
Some of the EU may also be in the FCAI. Most of the nations in Africa are in the FCAI.
To simply their relationship, let's imagine three circles intersecting each other. On the left is Russia and China and on the right, the Coalition. Intersecting both of these circles is the FCAI.
Moving right along, my reason for presenting a short history lesson of Arab Baathism by introducing one of the founding fathers is because of the current crisis in Syria. My analysis of al Qaeda however is due to their presence in Syria.
By using psychobabble in describing their subconscious projection and conscious denial of it, I am attempting to present humor into the situation. As well, the description of a jihadi's afterlife is presented in terms that a Westerner can understand. I merely paraphrased the al Qaeda political ideology.
As for depicting the angels as being like the Valkyries taking a jihadi to Purgatory, I am parodying an unorthodox mashup of Norse mythology about the Valkyries who were said to take fallen Viking warriors to Valhalla, the Norse Paradise for warriors combined with the Christian ideal of a Purgatory for fallen souls and added a hint of my personally created mythology about Purgatory and subtly implied that fallen souls will redeemed after being purified like gold ore into pure gold, perhaps after being purified in a pit of brimstone and fire. ;)
My opinion about Arab Spring failing in Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia implies that it never appeared in those nations.

The Angels That Understand (Their Place in A Man's World) (Satire)
In 2003 tATu came out to the world by kissing after singing "All the Things She Said."
This video (above) was a promo for reality show "t.A.T.u. Under The Heaven" which came out in 2008.
After twelve years of existence, which is a long time for two young teenagers named Julian Volkova and Lena Katina, they grew up working as the girl group since 1999 and it went on hiatus in 2011.
However, the sexism inherent in Russian society is also contained in this short clip from six years ago.
Here is how the reality show "t.A.T.u. Under the Heaven" was introduced to the world:

It is apparent that this reality show was the last chance to grab more fame from controversy before moving on.
Back in 2004, both Julia and Lena came out and said they were coached by their manager to pretend to be lesbian to appeal to the world.
Given the power and influence of the Russian Orthodox Church, it is doubtful they were ever lesbian. This was a gimmick by their manager using the forbidden to appeal both domestically and globally. Both women are heterosexual, though Julia is consider to be bisexual due to her admission that she "still likes boys and girls".
When t.A.T.u was disbanded in 2011 with the previous seven years under scrutiny, including their proposed "Show Me Love" tour in the UK which canceled due to poor ticket sales in 2002, both women launched solo careers. It turned out the poor tickets sales was due to a parental advisory based on the belief that the girls' sexual image were inappropriate.
Having gone solo since 2008, Julia Volkova created her genre Sex Rock, and both Lena and her were based in LA for a bit but often return to Russia for tATu gigs and promos for their brands. Later Julia based herself in Moscow.
After breaking up Lena has admitted going to a shrink to recover from the 12 years of performing in tATu. I can't blame her.
In 2012 Lena moved to LA to reboot her career.
After Lena was being managed by Tristam Buckley from 2012 to 2013, the Tatu management team returned. Buckley helped reboot Lena's solo career which had gone down the tubes due to mismanagement in the year since t.A.T.u officially went into hiatus in 2011.
In 2013 Buckley sued for his share of the t.A.T.u. pie.
As of now, the new t.A.T.u, which began in December 2012, consists of small concerts they do and also product endorsement. However, the concerts they do ares not the biggest part of their lives due to being solo artists.
They also have their own lives to live. Julia has two kids from two relationships and converted to Islam because her second boyfriend is a Persian-Russian businessman, and Lena just got married in 2013 to a Russian musician.
Because the old t.A.T.u. concerts were a part of grueling tours, I can certainly understand why they are reluctant to dedicate all of their time to t.A.T.u.
Their solo careers have only begun.
As far as genre goes, Julia does Europop, Pop and Rock. Lena is definitely Rock.
However, these two angels of tATu will never be forgotten. These angels that understood their place in a man's world live on.
After Putin approved the anti-gay law, which forbids the practice of homosexuality in public, Rolling Stones Russia interviewed Lena Katina. During the interview they shared three bottles of wine. Lena jokingly admits to being an alcoholic. However, drinking is a big part of Russian culture along with big parties during birthdays and holidays, even on weekends.
Lena admits to not being particularly interested in politics back in Moscow, and loves the fact that American television filters out most of the "demonstrations, arrests, fights with the Special Purpose Mobile Unit" happening back home.
While she was not in touch with Julia after she moved back to Moscow almost two years before this interview, she's fine with that. As well, she holds no grudge against Ivan, the man who created t.A.T.u. and their fey-gay persona while performing.
Even though the lesbianism was all an act, I got the feeling after reading the interview, that to them, t.A.T.u was just as much performance art as it was a musical act.
Indeed, I am pretty sure it is the same with Pussy Riot, who may have inspired Putin to sign the anti-gay law due to the fact that none of the members of that musical act had boyfriends because they were ardent feminists too busy with their political performance art. It would be interesting for Rolling Stones Russia to interview Pussy Riot and ask them if t.A.T.u. inspired them in some way, too.
When asked if she and Julia would return to t.A.T.u., Lena denied it, saying that both she and Julia are very much into their solo careers. However, she never flat out said "Never."
As well, she described how Ivan had once took them to a drug den after the fame had gone to his head. Nothing like this shocked Lena Katina, who claims Ivan considered her to be the "conscience" of t.A.T.u. Such goings-on merely made her a little sad. In fact, she once fantasized becoming a famous psychotherapist who would counsel drug addicts for a living.
Well, after her beauty fades in her 40s and she becomes another dumpy babushka, Lena Katina the music star could become Elena Katina the psychotherapist in a world-famous rehab clinic for celebrities who want to kick their drugs habits.

No one's Hands are Clean in the Middle East (satire)
State terrorism in Israel is the mother of Islamic terrorism. America supports the terrorism Israel perpetrates on Palestinians.

Direct Democracy or Who Needs a Leader to Run a Democracy? (satire)
Democratic communism is alive and well in the EU. Though they like to call it Christian socialism or Christian Democracy e.g. Germany, Scandanavia especially Norway.
America fears socialism because it implements the welfare state e.g. workers fund unemployment, and taxpayers fund social welfare. This requires more taxation, which is a Commie plot to steal capital from the 1-percent elites, according to the GOP.
Besides, taxation is assumed to be without representation by the 1-percenters, and thus is anathema to American free-market capitalism which funds Fabian fascism in the US.
Indeed, capitalism empowers all the ISMs that control certain governments, including Communism, facism, and good old American democracy. However, American democracy only works for the politicians you vote into office, NOT the People.
Why? Because State democracy implies that once politicians are voted in, that democracy only benefits them.
Since, historically, the People have never been allowed to run a government, except by proxy through elected representatives, it implies that the State enables a plutocracy.
Because of the assumption that the People are akin to unwashed masses who would argue about implementation of policies favoring the People at the expense of the State, it is assumed that the People are vastly more incompetent than the representatives they elect, and thus a democracy run by the People for the People would never work.
So that is seen in the eyes of the State as anarchy, which is mistaken for the actual chaos of a leaderless society.
Yet direct democracy appears to be anarchy to the State and its representatives, who are supported by lobbies such as BigBusiness, the M-I Complex, and their 1-percent backers.
Why? Because the State assumes that democracy demands a leader. Direct democracy says that an individual may be chosen to lead, but everyone — each being an individual — is perfectly capable of leadership.
Who really needs a leader to run a democracy, except for Statists who are demanding total control over the People so they can continue to run their Fabian facist fantasy?
Is it not time to overthrow the State?
Yes, but the Occupy movement and even Anonymous falsely believe revolutions should be non-violent. This is silly because non-violence successful revolution like the one in the UKraine did not remove the Communists and other Statists, including oligarchs who are merely sharks (robber barons) looking for schools of fish (the People). Thus, colored revolutions are ineffective in making permanent changes to prevent a despotic regime (the current Ukrainian leadership) from being elected and ally with their fellow despots (Putin) rather than their socialist counterparts (the EU).
Both the EU and Russsia along with the Commonwealth of Independent States are both Statist but the EU is a soft form of Communism called democratic socialism, mainly due to religious tolerance, and Russia et al still practice the hard form of Communism whilst pretending to be democratic.
Is it not time for the Ukrainians to overthrow the State? YES! Because keeping its ties with Russia is only bringing evil karma upon its current regime.
As for the rest of the world, the Middle East demonstrates that Islam and Western style democracies are compatible as long as democracy does not offend Islam. Like the Christian Socialists and the Christian Democrats of the EU, the Muslim democrats have to walk on egg shells, due to the fact that the military apparatus is used by the Muslim clerics to ensure that no one who believes in Allah offends Him by becoming secular and thus tainted by consumerism. They do so to protect their people's souls from burning in Hell.
It is our atheist mindset in the West that filters this out of the mass media propaganda, which misrepresents Islam as Salafists oppressing Christians and secularists in the Middle East. This is similar to the way Catholicism and fundamentalist Protestant churches oppress homosexuals and people in common-law marriages. Yet because we have been taught in the West that politics and religion do not mix like oil and water, the Western mass media ignores the religious basis for Middle Eastern society and propagates the myth that political factions are duking it out in Syria.
However, al Qaeda is a militant part of Salafi groupthink. It is funded by Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait along with military advice by the US. Additionally, the US also supports the Syrian National Committee, which thinks it's a coalition of Christian, Shia and Sunni militants fighting jihad against a regime which is clandestinely supported by the US and is supported by the EU, which depends on Syrian oil.
Yet infighting proves that the SNC is unstable enough to implement a civil war with the foreigners who called all Syrian Sunni militants into their al Qaeda of Syria and Lebanon (the Levant) to counter Hezbollah and its patron Iran.
Theirs is truly a holy war, or so the Sunnis think. So when Bashar al-Assad is dethroned, revolution will come and the al Qaeda will launch a real civil war, rather than the proxy war now being fought.
Even so, it is time for a revolution in the West. It cannot be done through non-violence because that does not rid us of the true enemies of democracy, which is not Salafi militants of even al Qaeda. Rather, the true enemy of democracy is the 1-percent elites. Until each of us takes up arms against the elites, there will be no revolution in the West.
Even so, the NRA will not support us. They support the GOP. Likewise, the Democrats will not support us, because they think non-violent confrontation works especially in the form of diplomacy. Yet diplomacy still requires a lot of taxpayers' money to work. Two examples spring to mind: Afghanistan and Iraq. Through the use of bribes and big fucking guns, the US-led coalition in both countries reduced the influence of the Taliban and Saddam Hussein.
So, the Western revolution against the 1-percent elites will also require money and big fucking guns. It is the pacifist stance of the Democrats that will prevent revolution in America. Likewise in Canada, there will be no revolution.

Dear Beijing, We The West Do Not Want War, Just Your Tourist Dollars (satire)
There is growing evidence that at some point in the not-so-distant future, Beijing will own a significant amount of shares in corporations which currently are considered Western business entities.
A few of the West's elites have been groomed by gifts given to them when they visit China in exchange for favouring Chinese businessmen from Beijing whose associates in Hong Kong, Macau, Shanghai and other major cities both in China and overseas (especially in the Middle East, the UK, and US as well as Africa and both North and South America).
There is also suspicion that during the Gaddafi era, Libya had purchased munitions which originated in China, including chemical weapons which fell into the hands of al Qaeda during the on-going proxy war in Syria.
Complicit in this global reach by China are mass media outlets such as CNN, FOX, NBC and various media empires owned by Conrad Black and Rupert Murdock whose company stock is owned by Chinese interests, both businessmen and various fronts owned by the Chinese army.
Today it makes perfect business sense for China to compete with America and the EU for a greater share of the world's wealth.
Also, there are government loans China has made to America which could have been jeopardized when President Obama prorogued Congress because the GOP vowed never to let ObamaCare become funded after it was enacted.
Had Beijing panicked, it could have called in multi-billion dollar loans that help keep the US economy afloat in today's stock market.
However, mainstream media outlets have been subtly promoting the booming Chinese economy, an economy that involves what the West would call "slave labour".
In villages all across that nation, there are volunteers who manufacture clothing, plush toys and related material made of textiles for the good of China, some of whom are in prisons.
As well, the average wage of Chinese employees who work for Foxconn, maker of iPhones, is under $1000 / month. Most of them work more than 40 hours a week with overtime exposing many of them in excess of 80 hours.
Given that the typical worker may work more than 63 hours a week at over 9 hours a day. In contrast, workers may spent less than 15 hours resting and at leisure. In fact, it is likely that workers spend up to 16 hours working in a given day with 8 hours devoted mainly to eating and sleep.
Such work conditions are deplorable since it has contributed to work-related stress.
One of the side effects of such stress as the recent clash between Chinese Han workers and Chinese minorities mainly from Western China (XInjiang), where a mix of Muslim Hui who were moved there from south-eastern China near the border with Vietnam to counter the influence of non-Sinitic Turkish people (Uighurs) in Xinjiang.
As part of their propaganda, Beijing has claimed that Uighurs are terrorists, when historically they have been freedom fighters dedicated from freeing their Turkic homeland from foreign invaders (the Hui and Han people moved there) after the Soviet era was established and the end of the Great War in 1918.
Such movements of Sinitic people is done to reduce the population density of the region China has conquered including regions such as Xinjiang and Tibet. Historically, Beijing had directed Chinese Hui warlords under its control to conquer the Uighurs due to fear of invasion by Russia along the western border. In response the Uighur warlords aligned with Moscow.
As a result, the Soviet Union fought a proxy war with China with American and British interests supplying munitions to both sides. Much of the German munitions captured by both the UK and the US flowed through the Chinese conduit consisting of volunteers from Shanghai who supported the Allied Nations predominated by the UK and the US with support by Japan, who provided for passage to the trenches in Normandy.

As well, the resulting economic growth will allow corporate interests to develop space travel aligned along a mix of corporate and government agreements to bring capitalism to the stars, both aligned to the Chinese state capitalist model as well as the Western free-market capitalist model.
Therefore I would like to deny the scenario given in the blog article presented with my opinions on this matter as presented to you.

Yet this same culture also implies a sort of entitlement, which on the long run may explain the prevalence of narcissism in Chinese in spite of their emphasis on teamwork over individual work.
Holding onto cultural traditions which risk the emphasis on self esteem may be disturbing the character of the Chinese people to the point where the narcissistic personality arises, as long as the world revolves around them. For there is a hint of egocentricity occulted by the emphasis on teamwork.
All aspirations of world domination by China externalizes the character disturbances of the Chinese that narcissism brings out in people.
Likewise, any aspiration of world domination by the West is a reflection of the disturbed character that a narcissist truly is.
Having stated this point, I would consider the scenario in the accompanying article as being far-fetched because it retains a hint of Cold War politics in its rhetoric.

All You Need is Love, Russia! (satire)
Originally the Bolsheviks were supported by Great Britain until the atrocities Stalin did woke them up to the crypto-facist violence underlying the Communist facade of the Soviet Union.
Because of the dictatorship of the Communist state in Russia, one cannot call this a truly Communist nation, but rather a legitimate criminal enterprise organized along political lines in order to gain international prestige which stole from the rich and poor without discretion, and shared it only with their cronies.
What Russia was at that time was a State-controlled capitalism based on Communist ideals. Yet it was greatly supported by its fellow member states in the UN due to the short-sightedness caused by adhering to Communist ideology rather than treating its people with respect.
At the root of the Soviet era was the centuries of Orthodox Church domination through the Czar who reign was legitimized by support of and by the Church.
Indeed, the Orthodoxy also legitimizes Putin's and all leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States since the Soviet Union fell.
As well, Russia has been influenced by talks between the Orthodoxy, Bavaria's Christian Democrats and possibly America's New Apostolic Reformation with regard to their anti-homosexual law.
It seems that the oligarchs of Russia run their corrupt government with the same brand of autocracy as in their former Soviet days, with the military acting like the largest mafiya in the world, unwilling to share power with its minorities and willing to reframe the notion of freedom fighters as terrorists, despite the fact that in the Commonwealth of Independent States, your freedom is compromised by corruption and the Church.

What kind of criticism might the Russian Orthodox Church declare? "Stop abusing your Nana! Instead displace your anger that was kindled as a spoiled child by your mother on the homosexuals, for they are lowering the morals of Mother Russia."
What good is a revolution now when the aftermath of the original revolution trampled over the rights and freedoms of intellectuals?

Because of the dictatorship of the Communist state in Russia, one cannot call this a truly Communist nation, but rather a legitimate criminal enterprise organized along political lines in order to gain international prestige which stole from the rich and poor without discretion, and shared it only with their cronies.
What Russia was at that time was a State-controlled capitalism based on Communist ideals. Yet it was greatly supported by its fellow member states in the UN due to the short-sightedness caused by adhering to Communist ideology rather than treating its people with respect.
At the root of the Soviet era was the centuries of Orthodox Church domination through the Czar who reign was legitimized by support of and by the Church.
Indeed, the Orthodoxy also legitimizes Putin's and all leaders of the Commonwealth of Independent States since the Soviet Union fell.
As well, Russia has been influenced by talks between the Orthodoxy, Bavaria's Christian Democrats and possibly America's New Apostolic Reformation with regard to their anti-homosexual law.
It seems that the oligarchs of Russia run their corrupt government with the same brand of autocracy as in their former Soviet days, with the military acting like the largest mafiya in the world, unwilling to share power with its minorities and willing to reframe the notion of freedom fighters as terrorists, despite the fact that in the Commonwealth of Independent States, your freedom is compromised by corruption and the Church.
As well, there is no distinction between Russia mafiya and the military since they are essential cogs in the Russia political machinery.
Apart from the politics and the religion, Russians are friendly and wonderful people.
That they are so willing to remain complacent due to the autocratic nature of their government makes Russians especially hardy under adversity.
Sadly though, because the Orthodoxy still influences the government, Russia will remain a corrupt State because autocracies like it depend on the complacency of its people in order to better exercise absolute power.
What is the point of the Russian people revolting when their disaffected youth can enjoy the decadent freedom of being Neo-Nazis and act as the youth arm of oppression against immigrants and homosexuals with criticism by the Church falling on deaf ears?
What kind of criticism might the Russian Orthodox Church declare? "Stop abusing your Nana! Instead displace your anger that was kindled as a spoiled child by your mother on the homosexuals, for they are lowering the morals of Mother Russia."
What good is a revolution now when the aftermath of the original revolution trampled over the rights and freedoms of intellectuals?

Al-Qaeda are Actually Home-Grown Terrorists in Their Home Country
Both the war in Afghanistan and in Iraq are viewed by Muslims as a religious war, as they were originally viewed in Washington by then-president GW Bush.
Denying this is the privilege of the politically correct.
Yet as long as the Obama administration refuses to admit the religious side of this war on terrorism, they will only continue to be viewed by Muslims in the Middle East as oppressors, rather than as emancipators trying to bring democracy to Afghanistan and Iraq.
The freeing of al-Qaeda terrorists from Iraq prisons cannot be blamed on Iraq police, because the prisons they were housed in were not immune to attack as the attackers had at least one collaborator on the inside.
Yet at the same time, most of the al-Qaeda warriors in Syria are actually on the US payroll.
IMO the reason why al-Qaeda in Iraq were imprisoned had more to do with their refusal to be bribed by America to fight in its proxy war in Syria. It is also why America bombed Yemen, because Al-Qaeda there refuses to be a pawn in America's proxy wars in Libya, Egypt, and other parts of the Middle East.
Yet it is well know that al-Qaeda was originally trained by Pakistan ISI officials using US money through the CIA during the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
It's not hard to conclude then that Chechen rebels in Russia might have been employed by a black-ops cell set up by the CIA to destabilize Russia.

Of Putinjugend and The Current Slide Back into Fascism
Young Russians who believe in the Nashi doctrine must be exposed for the Putinjugend they are, and other peoples who believe an exclusive "us" means the others should be kicked out of their nations must always exposed.

However, if either side chooses violence, then they have no right to claim Russia for their own - or whatever country in which they happen to reside. If anyone chooses violence, then it does not make them any more civilized than the people they fear.
For, to not choose violence implies "law-abiding".
